我在阿斯頓會議酒店住過幾次，它總是一流的。房間一直都很棒，一塵不染，床很舒服，房間也很安靜。服務無可挑剔，每個人都很友善，樂於助人。早餐很棒，我通常只點歐陸式早餐，但穀物、種子、乾果/堅果等額外食物的選擇非常棒，更不用說水果和糕點了，它們都很棒。強烈推薦。期待今年稍後再次入住！

這家飯店建於1879年，名副其實的伯明罕大飯店！處處散發著優雅的氣息。 我們的房間很寬敞，但從平面圖來看，這似乎是標準配置！飯店提供浴袍，但沒有拖鞋。淋浴間有門，而不是那種總是壞掉的無用的步入式隔間！沒有那種難用的濃縮咖啡杯，而是印有世界地圖的馬克杯，讓我們在房間裡享用咖啡和茶。兩張舒適的扶手椅，還有那張床……那張床簡直太舒服了，我希望能找到同款的床墊套和被套！ 對我這個菸民來說，飯店一樓的專屬庭院露台提供免費自助咖啡，真是太完美了。 飯店旁邊有兩家餐廳，都要求穿著得體，確保整個飯店都保持著優雅的風格。飯店周圍還有很多其他餐廳，因為它位於市中心，緊鄰伯明罕大教堂：這對我們接下來的棕櫚主日來說，簡直是再合適不過了。 我唯一不明白的是，為什麼酒店入口沒有比它應有的規模和氣派更宏偉一些。

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were simply amazing — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well looked after. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was greeted with a warm smile that immediately set the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The layout was thoughtful, with everything I needed right at hand — from charging points to great lighting and a well-designed workspace. The bathroom was immaculate and felt almost brand new, with a powerful shower and high-quality toiletries provided. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfectly situated within easy walking distance of Snow Hill Station and the city centre, which made exploring Birmingham so convenient. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, so I was able to completely relax after a busy day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and professional. The communal areas are bright, clean, and inviting — you can tell the staff take real pride in keeping everything to a high standard. Every interaction I had, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely pleasant and left me impressed by how well the team works together to deliver a top-notch guest experience. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the dining area looked lovely and well organized, with plenty of seating and a calm, friendly vibe. I could easily see why so many guests enjoy it. In every way, the Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill went above and beyond. The combination of excellent service, spotless rooms, and unbeatable location make it one of the best value stays in Birmingham. I left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is not big but just enough for a couple. If the amenities are a bit more to provide would be much better, such as a small fridge.

房間足夠三個人住，不過沙發床比照片上看起來小。房間設施齊全，配備雙爐、小冰箱、洗碗機、帶燒烤功能的微波爐和充足的餐具，還提供了即溶咖啡。 淋浴水壓超大，水溫也夠熱，但廁所點小，你得躲在馬桶旁才能勉強打開門。 不足之處在於前台和客房服務。拿到房卡後，我們卻進不去房間，只好下樓請前台幫忙修好房卡再回來開門。進房間後，我們發現馬桶水槽沒水，就請正在隔壁房間工作的客房服務員幫忙看看，結果她說我們需要去找前台（因為房間沒有內部電話，我們又得下樓）。最後前台為我們安排了樓下的另一間房子。 我們預訂了兩晚，第二天晚上回到飯店時，房卡又不能用了。前台說可能是因為房卡和手機放在一起損壞了。但是我們確定房卡沒有跟手機放在一起！ 如果能提供一小盒紙巾就好了。

Comfort Inn 位置很棒，就在伯明翰新街火車站旁邊，步行 3 分鐘即可到達伯明翰中國城，所以這家旅館周圍有很多餐廳和咖啡館。 唯一的缺點是淋浴區，窗簾短，洗澡時水濺得到處都是。 總的來說，我會給 Comfort Inn 打 4.0 分，因為地理位置優越，價格合理
