「Had a poor experience. There was no check in details sent to me and waited over an hour to gain access to the building. Once eventually checked in the apartment was very nice and clean but again on check out, had no information. Tried contacting the contact details I had with no answer of phone, no reply to txts and it’s now the night on the day I checked out and I still haven’t had any contact of whether they got the keys where I left them」

「房間非常好，就是燈光有點昏暗，不過不影響，反正白天都在外面泡。 酒店的環境很好，很大自然，袋鼠多多，活蹦亂跳 早餐種類，和國內的五星比，我覺得還是有差距滴，但是足夠我們享用了。 酒店外的泳池沙灘都非常非常好，而且很乾凈，能看的出來經常有人打掃。 單點的兩個餐廳，牛排，三明治，還有好多，所有的晚上吃食，都特別好吃，我們連吃三天牛排都不膩。」

「Have stayed here a few times now over time, and it has always been a good stay for the money. (Especially if you can find a good deal on Trivago etc!) The hotel has had a couple of owner/management changes in recent years, so some reviews are now out of date. I've always found the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be great whenever I've stayed there. Rooms and beds ARE slightly dated now, but still very comfortable and you still get a good nights sleep. Cleaner could be a bit more thorough (e.g. corners in bathroom and shower recess, in the room I had this time around anyway), but are generally pretty clean. Location is great, as it is very quiet and away from the rat race of Central Surfers, and is very close to many of the theme parks and lots of shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for any type of traveller, families or solo, for both a short, or long stay. Due to the slightly dated beds and furniture (which are still good!), I won't give it 5 stars, but it is still great value for your money!」
