힐링 리조트. 산에 있어서 위치? 편의성은 별로지만 리조트 안에서 모든걸 해결할수 있어서 큰 불편함은 없습니다. 호텔직원분들도 너무 친절합니다. 그들의 친절함에 반했습니다!

距離sapa市區有點距離 雖然有飯店有免費接駁車但是班次不夠密集 有時還是需要搭乘計程車才能回飯店 除此之外飯店設施，服務態度，房間浴室以及早餐餐點都很好

山裡一個非常清涼僻靜的地方！服務很棒！我們在主樓山上租了一間平房，非常高興！我從來沒有在任何地方睡得這麼好））搭計程車到市區需要7分鐘。很棒的早餐和不錯的餐廳。價格比其他飯店貴2-3千，但還是值得的。向工作人員表達特別的敬意！總是樂於助人，總是保持聯繫。他們隨時把房子開到坡上，需要時再接。房子裡有你需要的一切，甚至還有手電筒和電動蒼蠅拍😀

我們在Sapa Sinai民宿酒店度過了一個絕對驚人的住宿。從我們平房的景色簡直令人歎爲觀止 - 醒來的迷人山景是我們旅行的亮點。房間寬敞,裝飾精美,非常舒適,提供完美的魅力和寧靜的融合。 每天早上的早餐都很美味,有各種各樣的選擇,適合所有口味。然而,真正使我們的住宿與衆不同的是令人難以置信的熱情好客。我們的主人超越了一切幫助我們預訂景點門票,推薦最好的當地景點參觀,甚至爲我們安排出租車,價格非常合理。她的善良和對細節的關注真的讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 我們絕對喜歡再次入住這裏,不能強烈推薦給任何訪問薩帕的人!

我LOOOOVE這個地方!!我一定會回去,我永遠不會不推薦它。它是如此的寧靜,工作人員真的很熱情,很好!平房裏有一個加熱器,上面是另一個牀加熱器。我的住宿很舒服,睡得像個孩子。食物也很棒!他們供應100%有機沙拉,竹筒烤豬肉也很好!非常放鬆。離繁忙的中心有點遠,但完全值得。

Amazing place and staff. very quite and away from the city. Good for getting away. But If you are looking to be in the city it can be costly to go up and down.

酒店很乾淨,環境安靜,視野開闊,風景優美,老闆娘非常熱情,周到,廚師做飯很好,適合我們一家人,唯一的缺點是離市中心近2公里,所以有點不方便(如果您喜歡步行,這不重要)。我下次再來。

We got to the hotel early 7am. The hotel storage our luggages. The hotel has nice view. The foods are good and tasty especially the Pho or noodles. There are many stairs to get to our room. Staff are friendly. They help us carry our luggages to our room. Morning breeze is so nice!!! Love the morning breakfast with beautiful view.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
