We are very excited to share our ranch and all it has to offer including a scheduled opportunity to feed and brush the animals.The tiny house/cabin has a private bedroom with a queen bed, mirrored full closet. Bathroom with shower/tub combo. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and blender. Loft with 2 twin beds (lower ceilings so tall adults will not be able to fully stand up). A family room with dining table, sofa sleeper couch, an electric fireplace and Roku TV. Large deck with chairs and large private fenced area for family friendly axe throwing, and a propane fire pit to enjoy smores as you watch the sunset. We provide plenty of maps, games and restaurant recommendations. There are 4 stairs to get up to the deck landing to the cabin then it is all one level except for the loft area. This tiny house is not very tiny and is very spacious, perfect for family fun, quiet times of reflection, or a romantic getaway.Our goal is for you to show up and have everything you need to relax and be on vacation. We do not have a check out list, you are on vacation. Our main rule is not to wander outside of your private fenced area in front of tiny house without our supervision. This is for your and the animals safety. You can enjoy watching the horses, goats and chickens all day from your deck or yard and they will even come up to the fence to say hello, especially Jack-Jack. Please do not climb fences, or throw anything at the animals. Feeding and entering the animals areas will be allowed with our guidance only. Closed toe shoes will be required if you wish to have an animal encounter.Absolutely no pets or outside animals allowed at any time. No smoking anywhere on the property. Vaping on gravel areas only. The only cameras on the property are for the front and back pastures to check on animal safety, there are no cameras on the cabin.Other things to noteThe sunsets and star gazing from the house are breathtaking!The views! They are amazing from all areas of the house. Directly out the living room window you can spend all day watching the goats, pigs and chickens play or just stare at the picturesque mountain ranges. The front yard looks directly into our pasture with several horses grazing the day away as well as 180 degree views of the Sequoia Mountain Ranges. You can choose to relax and sit on the deck all day gazing at the beauty or spend the day hiking the trails and exploring Sequoia National Park, a short 15 minute drive to the entrance, where you can see the largest trees in the world, hike to incredible heights at Moro Rock, view authentic Indian paintings & artifacts at Hospital Rock, or play in the river.The property is minutes to Lake Kaweah which offers boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoy a nice quiet walk around the Lake. It is a short drive to downtown Three Rivers. Redrock River Villa features 2 Primary Bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, and a detached studio guesthouse. First Primary suite has a huge shower that leads to the outdoors and on the patio, spa and river and a luxurious king size rattan bed. The 2nd Primary suite has a king size rattan bed, shower/tub combination bathroom and is a kids heaven with three tier bunk bed, perfect for a family. The guesthouse has a king size rattan bed and a queen size mattress on a climb-up loft for kids only, a full bathroom with rock tiled shower and a sitting/dining area with a 65" LG TV, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. The main house gourmet kitchen is open to a huge hand crafted 108 inch table which seats 10 or dine under the stars on the large patio at a table for 10 overlooking the river and manicured gardens and lawn stretching to the river's edge. A large charcoal grill is awaiting for you practice your grilling skills. The riverfront patio offers an outside shower, lounge area, spa and dining table. Smart TVs are in every room and of course we have WIFI. This private Villa offers easy access for older guests and young children to walk-in to the river.A short 2-mile drive takes you to the town of Three Rivers where you can visit our local brewery, grab a brew at the coffee shop, enjoy a selection of local restaurants by the river, and stroll through the local boutiques and museum. We are in a very secluded neighborhood walking or biking. Bring your bikes, lots of room in the garage.The Three Rivers community hosts multiple festivals and large events throughout the year and easy access to Sequoia National Park! Land of the Giant Sequoia Trees and home to the General Sherman Tree. Over 850 miles of hiking trails guarantee that your desire to be in with nature. Local lands such as the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management offer mountain bike or hiking trails just minutes from the house. Bring your bikes. There was no fire damage last year to Three Rivers. Lake Kaweah is a easy 10 minute drive from the Villa.
