On the south side of the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with an original shower / toilet en suite. Upstairs is the second bedroom with shower / toilet and a large terrace.The house is located on the northern slope of the idyllic village of Giens on the Hyères peninsula and is built in the typical style of the Côte d’Azur. It is a non-smoking house.Living room:The 30 sqm living room has a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. There you will find a dining table with chairs, children's chair (Tripp-Trapp), a comfortable sofa bed (160x200 bed for 2 people), games, books, petanque balls, TV, air conditioning, heating etc. From the living room you have access to the 18 square meter veranda and the 9 square meter balcony with sea view.Bedrooms:On the ground floor there is a bedroom (17 sqm) with a 140x190 bed for 2 people and an original, open bathroom en suite with shower / toilet.
