The apartment is South facing and has 180 degrees uninterrupted views of the Cote D’azur, and is located between Nice and Monaco, both of which are just 20 minutes drive away, and only 5 minutes from the A8 motorway providing quick and easy access from Nice Airport. The apartment is on the top floor of a small three storey block, accessed by stairs and lift within a very quiet, gated and exclusive development with secure covered parking. Both double bedrooms and the comfortable lounge are south facing with sea views through full height sliding patio doors, which open onto the large, extensive private terrace. The modern kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, integrated dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven microwave and washer-dryer. The apartment has a luxury marble bathroom and a cloakroom.
