「酒店相當不錯。我們工作日住了四天，人不多。泳池裡一度只有我們，沒有其他人。可惜的是，飯店位置不太好，很無聊。唯一好玩的是附近的菠蘿海灘俱樂部。而且音樂在晚上19點後就停止了，後來變成了酒吧。晚上10點後附近就沒什麼好吃的了。飯店的早餐從當地美食到歐洲美食應有盡有。水果、果汁和美味的咖啡。給4分好評。房間略顯老舊，但還可以接受。飯店環境優美。推薦在這裡度過2-4天的輕鬆假期。」

「酒店房間非常的舒適，東南亞風格，米色藍色的房間設計很時尚，泳池很大，非常出片，無邊泳池和遠處的海互相映照，跟美奈其他酒店有別樣的感覺。早餐很好吃，娛樂設施很多，雖然收費，但是親子大家庭住裏面玩很方便。晚上的歌唱演出互動性很強，菲律賓的火表演很熱情。唯一需要跟進的是酒店的服務，辦理入住的人員少，不夠專業導致速度慢，大廳感覺也缺少管理，人多看起來很亂 。 接駁車等待的時間有點長，排隊同樣缺少指示標誌，導致秩序性混亂。 希望下次入住的時候這些問題可以改進 。 還會選擇再次來的」

「逃離喧囂的絕佳住宿。度假村風格的度假，可以進入海灘、游泳池，現場提供食物，價格合理。每個人都很友好，我們需要休息一下，因為我們之前在胡志明市待了一個星期，而這個地方有很好的游泳池和孩子們玩耍的東西。我們去的那天，遊樂場和兒童俱樂部沒有開放，所以沒有機會去看看。」

「Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.」
