訪訪客用戶I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.

ZZhuxiaojie1、酒店的房間不算新，但是服務人員的服務都很nice。
2、酒店可以幫忙預訂到胡志明以及各地的巴士，解決的大部分司機英語不好無法來酒店接的困擾，很棒。
3、在海邊做了SPA，聽着海浪，一個小時大約100rmb比胡志明性價比好太多。
4、酒店用餐整體不貴，性價比很好，在度假村住了四個晚上，很滿意
5、酒店有私人海灘，可以在五點多出發去看日出，很贊。

訪訪客用戶服務確實很好👍辦入住有歡迎飲品+免費按摩。我們的管家Hong熱情專業！地理位置也不錯。整個氛圍也比較chill。不過作為美奈最好的酒店之二，我覺得房間的設施有點老了，如果旺季來性價比不高。國內酒店的牙刷，梳子，刮鬍刀，吹風機，床單被套還有浴巾哪怕檔次價格比越南差不少，但這些東西要好很多。國內加工製造這些東西真是又好又便宜，雖然越南現在加工業蓬勃發展，還有一段路要走。可能是我沒定別墅房型（因為想着就待一晚），對比之前centara住了2晚的泳池別墅房型，我還是更喜歡centara的別墅房型。但Anantara服務更好，更私人化點，centara小孩太多，太吵了，英文也不如Anantara這邊好。

LLIUDA很棒的酒店：大片綠地，維護良好，游泳池很乾淨 - 周圍的一切都很乾淨。非常美味的早餐！水果、烘焙食品、湯、蛋捲、煎蛋、優格、果汁。肉類菜餚、米飯、義大利麵、香腸、蔬菜。所有的桌子都已擺好，所有東西都已清理完畢並上菜完畢。工作人員很友好，很周到。 15:00 至 16:00 在海灘酒吧提供茶、咖啡。您可以購買蛋糕或糕點來搭配茶。海灘雖小但很乾淨。早上海浪很小，但到了午餐時間海浪變大了。唯一的缺點是海灘上沒有足夠的躺椅；有些是在早上拍攝的，午餐時間就可以享用。當有波浪的時候，你可以躺在泳池邊游泳。我們住在一間平房裡——一切都很乾淨，床單每隔一天更換一次。毛巾每天更換，沙灘巾晚上更換。飯店內設有多家咖啡廳、商店和按摩院。我推薦這家飯店👍

訪訪客用戶我和媽媽一起旅行，從胡志明市出發，在這家旅館住了一晚。
我們透過12Go預訂了Hanh Cafe的巴士，大約1300日元。車程大約三個小時，但包車臥舖很舒適。我們在飯店門口下車時，他們叫住了我們。
我們到達時，發現其他客人似乎大多是越南人，到處都在拍照。
工作人員很少會說英語，所以溝通有點困難，但他們都很友善。他們告訴我們，因為前台沒有電話，所以可以透過WhatsApp在房間裡聯繫他們。我沒有WhatsApp帳號，也沒辦法設置，但我找不到電話號碼，所以有點麻煩。最後，我們不得不去前台尋求幫助。如果他們能提供其他溝通方式，例如Messenger，那就更方便了。
我們住的是豪華海景房，房間非常漂亮。海灘一望無際，我們可以透過掛在門邊的螢幕觀看Netflix和YouTube。晚上，我們拉上窗簾，在床前的浴缸裡享受泡澡的樂趣。
餐廳提供兩種套餐，都非常豪華，一大盤海鮮菜色琳瑯滿目。一開始就一次上桌，我們根本吃不完，最後只剩下一半了。不過，兩人9000日圓的價格也不算貴，最重要的是，能夠在夕陽西下時，靜靜地在海灘前享用晚餐，真是一次美好的體驗。
然而，用餐時，一隻老鼠潛伏在我們眼前，我媽媽尖叫著，一臉不安，哈哈。早上，一隻類似蜈蚣的昆蟲鑽進了我們的房間，這對於那些注重清潔的人來說可能會很震驚，但我想，對於一家熱愛自然的酒店來說，這在意料之中。
這次住宿最棒的部分是在海灘度過的那個早晨。我們一出房間就能去海灘，所以一邊悠閒地欣賞日出，一邊撿貝殼、畫素描，非常享受。
總而言之，這是一次非常棒的體驗。

訪訪客用戶主題裝飾的酒店,海盜風格,可能孩子們會喜歡。至於我們,沒有一些公共設施,看起來相當人工,例如沒有大大堂,有方便的等候區。
在一些半廢棄的地區,位置非常不方便。
房間裝修高檔,不錯。同時酒店領土不大,所有的酒店服務似乎都價格過高,就這個城市和位置而言。
酒店海灘在寬闊的高速公路對面,不在酒店領土上。游泳池很小,很淺,看起來也是針對兒童的。

MM.Romanchik一個大型酒店綜合體,有游泳池、桑拿、哈姆姆和其基礎設施,以咖啡、商店和咖啡店的形式。非常方便。價格略高於內,但不關鍵。有自己的海灘有牀鋪。該設施位於高地,直至台,可以乘電梯或開電動車。有自己的海灘。到內中心大約20公里。沒有車子就不方便。我們住了5天,房間和綜合體自己很喜歡,每天打掃,參觀桑拿也包括價格和游泳池,景色很美,睡得很舒服,聽不見鄰居。休息得好!唯一的,預訂時,有小廚房,但實際上沒有工作。沒有做最小的早餐。但對我們來說,這不重要,我們沒有向工作人員提及。

Ttfat_dzai我應該仔細注意預訂,我預訂了房間,但是當我到達前台時,我找不到預訂,他們告訴我這裏的公寓所有者租了很多,而不是酒店,但是他們留下了酒店的sdt,讓我和我的家人一直打電話給國際旅行直到凌晨1點才能辦理入住手續。

訪訪客用戶Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
