Happy to share it's good experience we stay there for official purpose. Utilize the cafeteria for official meetings and staff was very much supportive. Food was also good. My suggestion is to add 2-3 fruits in the breakfast meenu. Admin and reception staff communication was good and helping. Security guards give good honour and regard. Rooms size is good and resting chairs are excellent. Would like to give my thanks to over-call team of hotel kalinga indore.

It was an ok experience, the room was clean but there was some smoking smell and the bathroom was ok not upto the mark, the staff was good.

Stay, hotel all was good but the hotel had provided us car for local sightseeing but we were not informed about the closed propertied like forts etc only 2 temples were shown and the hotel staff gave us a careless reply that even they did not know about the closure of forts temples etc. Only 2 places were shown to us out of 10 and charged 1800 which was neither reduced. Its very bad behaviour of ground staff and we were duped of our money of 1800 in indore and no action taken by the floor manager about this episode when we informed him will never suggest at customer about going to this hotel, ver very poor service

Bad experience. I have been charged twice for the hotel. Once my mm t and second again by the hotel. We told hotel that we have already paid but they did not listen and took money twice and issued receipt for it again.

The rooms were clean and daily house keeping was good. The ac cooling and the bedding was comfortable. It was safe and breakfast taste was excellent. They had mix of south indian and local food. The hotel location is perfect for any body coming for business meetings.

For experience hotel is not well as per charges, toilet and room are very hygiene, bed sheet not clean, employees very rude, brekfast items very less quality as per service charges. So i'm not happy that
