Not great I got an option to pre-check-in which I thought would save time as we were getting in late. However, it saved zero time. Everything I bothered to do before we got there I had to do all over again when we arrived. When we got to our room, it wasn'ready even though it was around midnight. The beds were unmade and the room was filthy. The only good thing was- the front desk came up and gave us a new key so it was an easy switch. Breakfast was terrible. Just some pieces of bread, junky cereal, and some small oranges. We ended up going to Burger King which ****** because we always go out of our way and will spend slightly more for hotels that offer breakfast.

Need to improve cleanliness When I first entered the room, I noticed that the bed sheet was worn out, but I was okay with it as long as it was clean. However, I still reported it to the receptionist. Later, when I returned to the room and was about to wash my hands, I discovered that the towel was dirty, with a dark stain on it, clearly showing that it hadn't been replaced or properly washed. I spoke to the receptionist again, and she brought new towels. However, overall, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, which made me uncomfortable. We ended up not taking a shower and slept with our clothes on. On a positive note, the front desk staff member the next morning was very friendly, which helped improve our experience. In the past many years, our family had good experiences with Super 8. But this time was not a good experience.

Tv didnt work and key card entry didnt work properly either. When i asked the front office for help she stated that she was the only person working and there was noting she could do. I didnt even receive a discount.

I didn’t like it at all. The bedsheets have stains,the mattress are very old and worn out. The cost per night is very high.

Won’t stay again It was noisy on the ground floor (didn’t get proper rest) and room could use a deep clean.

Anniversary getaway It was very nice stay. A little noisy in the we hours of the night. But was pleasant stay
