Everything was great. Wish we could gave checked in a little early but they were still cleaning the rooms. I was there at 230 abd check in was 3. Other than that it was very clean good breakfast . Very polite. We would stay there again for sure

The remote control would not work and needed to be replaced. I told the person at the desk and gave her the remote. She went into the back and came out a couple minutes later and handed me a remote. She told me it was a new remote, but it had the same scratch on it that the remote had that i gave her. I figured that she might have changed the batteries. We watched the 1 channel that we got tuned in and tried to turn off the tv to go to bed, but the "new" remote would not work. End of story.

Property is right down the street from the ****** walking distance clean area clean facilities the rooms are clean and up-to-date quiet breakfast was great fresh and options stay there every time we go to the ****** for a concert wouldn't stay anywhere else

Only complaint was that the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time as we were on vacation from MN. Hotel was completely booked. Everyone was in town for a concert and there was a mad dash for breakfast late in the norning, but staff was wonderful at keeping up with it!

The rooms here are amazing, spacious, and most of all it has all the amenities one needs (not all hotels have them). Breakfast was pretty normal, but the pancake station had me sold, two pancakes under 1 minute and delicious! Pool seemed ok, lots of little flies in the water, but the weather was too hot!

Nice easy location to find and get to, right off the main road. Hotel was well maintained and the room was a good size and very clean. Bed comfortable, Keurig Coffee, hair blower… a nice room. Complimentary breakfast in the morning with both Hot and Cold selections. We went for an overnight and definitely would go back again.

This is my go to place to stay on my way to Northern California or on my way home to Arizona. The parking lot is not well lit up but there is security on premise 24/7. I usually arrive around 11pm and leave before Dawn and feel very comfortable unloading or loading my car. The lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always nice.

When I arrived to check-in, the person at the front desk could not find my reservation. After spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with a person from *******, I was offered a $75 coupon. Needless to say, the hotel was completely booked and was able to give me their "emergency" room. This is the second time that I have had issues of this type with ******* in the past year, thinking I should cut my losses and use another agency online.
