Nice clean hotel . Close to a number of restaurants. Close to freeway entrance.

For a funeral

This is hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in in a very long time. Where to begin? First, the shower had about 3 trickles of water coming out of the shower head and the hottest you could get it was lukewarm. Second, they refused to clean the room consistently. I was there for 2 full weeks and they "cleaned" the room maybe 4 times, only after several complaints. The cleaning policy seemed to change depending on who you talked to (was it every other day? every second day?) And when we asked for further clarification Alicia (the front desk staffer) would roll her eyes and laugh. When we walked to manager Stephanie, she assured us the room would get cleaned. All they did was empty the trash and restock the towels. No vacuum, didn't make the beds, didn't wipe the counters down. And then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. The thermostat in the room would not stay at a consistent temperature. We'd go to sleep with it set to 69* and wake up several times throughout the night to find it had gone up to 72* - 74* Area around the hotel is literally just fast food. No where good to eat and nothing close by.

Woke up to the strong smell of cigarettes in our room. This was supposed to be a non smoking property but someone was clearly smoking in a nearby room as our bathroom smelled terribly of smoke. We told someone at the front desk and they seemed completely uninterested. Would not go back.

They said they were pet friendly and upon arrival I let them know I had a cat. They refuse the reservation stating that they only allow dogs. I had to go and find another hotel at 9pm. I was told to request a refund through ******* since I made the reservation through you.

Hotel staff were not very friendly. Rooms don’t get cleaned daily and our pillow cases smelled and when I complained they just delivered 3 wrinkled pillow cases to our room so I could replace them and leave the dirty ones in the room. We asked for towels and were brought only two.
