科切拉附近羅德威旅館

房間寬敞，有冰箱，新裝修，門前有停車位。天氣這麼熱，泳池涼爽宜人。前台接待員非常友好，入住手續也辦理得很順利，但早餐略顯不足（因此服務評分只有3顆星）。

Décevant L hotel est situé prés de la ligne de chemin de fer d Indio. Avec la longueur des teains américains le bruit dure longtemps ! La salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner be dispose que de 3 tables et 8 chaises. Nous avons donc dû aller manger dans notre chambre. Le 2eme jour la salle n etait pas ouverte à 7h du matin et nous devions prendre la route. D autres hotels sont mieux dans le secteur.

I stayed at this property last Fall. It was adequate. I booked another stay about six months later. With over three weeks to go, my plans changed (due to illness) and I asked for a credit to be used at a later date. The Front Desk person told me that she would have the owner call me to make those arrangements. No one ever called. My reservation came and went, my credit card was charged the full amount, and not a soul contacted me. All they did was take my money. It was like they couldn't care less about my welfare, my feelings, or their reputation. I will never do business with this property again and I will tell anyone I meet to boycott it.

Mold in room First off the gal at the front desk her name was Anna was so nice, she did everything she could to help us get comfortable in a room that in hindsight we should have just switched when we realized the sheets had stains on them and the sheet that in on top of the mattress protector did not even cover the bed all the way. However Anna brought us all new sheets and comforter, and helped us and our baby get to sleep. I woke up the next morning and started my dailies and when i was standing at the sink i noticed my feet got soaked. When i looked down the faucet was leaking so bad that there was a pool of water under the cabinet and when i opened the cabinet there was white and black mold growing under there. I immediately addressed it with Anna who happened to still be on shift and she tried to give me a partial room refund but was told by the owners she could not. I will not recommend this place to anyone to stay if you want to leave happy and healthy.

Es un hotel con todo lo necesario para descansar , muy tranquilo, instalaciones excelentes súper limpio y muy recomendable

Bathroom smelled like mold. Sheets were disgusting. Room was dirty. No Towels. Shower was filthy
