印第安納波利斯東貝蒙特套房飯店(Sleep Inn)

Check in was smooth and simple, manager friendly. It’s Christmas time and the lobby is decorated nicely. Everything was very clean. We had plenty of towels for the four of us, room was fairly small, but we had enough space for a one night stay. Lots of hot water with great pressure and everything worked including the plug for the tub. Breakfast was also great. The morning we were there, they had scrambled eggs and bacon, waffles, oatmeal packets, assorted breads, fruit, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. The attendant even had cheese omelets as a bonus. We have a life threatening food allergy in our family and have to ask ingredient questions. The attendant answered them without asking a lot about it, and then decided to make a change to how she does things for the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better response. This is a great place! Would stay here again.

We spent only a few short hours as we passed through, but the service was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and fast, with kind and friendly service. The lovely woman in the breakfast area in the morning was an absolute delight and started our day off with a smile and kids words and.a hot meal as well.

We checked in at 645 and then went out to eat. Came back at 830 and noticed my room smelled like a fumigation had been done the day before. My eyes burned and it made me cough. They said that I had been there 3 hours and didn’t have another room and would not refund my money so I booked a room at another hotel.

Every time we have stayed it has been amazing! This hotel is beautiful and clean! Our room is always perfect. Everything seems to be kept up and in great condition. It even smells fresh and clean! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the attendant is so nice!

Hotel seemed very nice when booking on the photos and had a nice curb side appeal. When walking in you can tell they have had very cheap renovations. Our shower had no hot water until you turned it up all the way and it was only luke warm. The ceiling in our bathroom was peeling paint from the moisture and the air conditioner smelled terrible when turning it on. Breakfast was free but did not taste very good. We ended up throwing it away and eating elsewhere. It was also hard to find a staff at the front desk when you needed something. We left our trip a day early to go home and sleep in our own bed. Wasn’t the worst but we will not be using this hotel again.

I chose this hotel purely for its good price and the location near highway. The reception staff was super nice. I particularly loved the lady who cooked the breakfast and welcomed the guests. I didn’t go to the Indy downtown this time but this hotel was a great memory for the crossways of America.

The most enjoyable part of my trip to Indianapolis was staying at the Sleep Inn and the beds were so comfy and I fell asleep immediately. Great location off Interstate 70, this was a good holiday trip🤗

This was one of the best, cleanest places we’ve stayed at. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. And their breakfast was wonderful and even had a lady there to help you, keep things cleaned up around the food and at the tables. She even made waffles for you!!

The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Jody, the breakfast attendant, was great! She clearly enjoys her job and meeting her was a great way to start our day. We had a very pleasant stay for a great price!
