I booked a hotel for the first time and when I arrived, it was nothing like the photos. The hallways leading to the room were dirty, number one. Number two, when I got to the room, it smelled musty, really damp, so I had to go to the lobby and ask for another room. They switched it for me, but again, the hallways were filthy, just disgusting. I don’t think this place should even have five stars. And when I finally got to the room, I couldn’t even close the windows because all the curtains were falling down, so I couldn’t sleep well. I called the staff and told them I needed to stay until noon to get some rest. But at 11, someone knocked on the door saying I had to leave because they had rented the room again. I told them I had left a note saying I’d check out at noon, and they said the check-out time was 11. I told them I needed until noon, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The bed was okay, but the building felt old, and I really didn’t sleep well. They really shouldn’t post pictures that don’t match reality.

Loudest hotel in Indy Loudest hotel I have stayed in Indy. Whoever was above was so loud we thought they were either having a medical emergency or domestic violence situation. You get all the amenities of a 4 star hotel with the noise level of Motel 6. Also exterior rooms are facing the street, so you'll be serondade by loud exhaust and squilling tires all night. Valet staff was great and highlight of the stay.

Great downtown location! Very nice hotel in a great downtown location. Walking distance to many event centers and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The only down side was the $46 charge for overnight parking. If there is a way to mitigate this expense, it would be a great benefit to customers.
