The location was great for us. The area was a little worn down. The breakfast was average and sausage was not real sausage. The front desk was attentive and friendly.

Gerenoveerd hotel, ruime kamers met nieuw meubilair. Geen tapijt op de vloer maar een laminaatvloer. Dit voelt veel schoner aan. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Het hotel ligt tegen de snelweg aan, dus verkeersgeluid hoor je wel in de kamer.

The hotel was being remoded. I went to set the clock and the boatd that hides the plugs to lamp and clock fell off and hit me in the leg. They sent maintenence man up to look at the broken board and look at me. I have bruising from the board hitting my leg. General manager wasnt available to talk to about it,vi asked them to leave a message with her , to call me at 7am. Didnt get a call until i called her that morning. Unproffrsional

The room was very nice and the staff was fantastic. We were very disappointed that the pool under renovation, that was one of the main reasons we booked that hotel, and nowhere in the booking process was there any indication that the hotel was under renovation.

The breakfast was good, the room was and the shuttle to and from the airport was nice. The room I was staying in there was construction from 7am to 7pm right above my room which caused me to not get any rest or watch any TV. I asked for another room and they could not accomidate my request as one was not available. they advertised having a hot tub/jaquzzi in the pool area and there was not one. I was not very happy with the serivice and the accomidations as I will not be staying again. I do not reccomend this as the advistisment did not reflect any of the construction currently going on and I am a 77 year old with cancer and with this constuction going on it carried dust throughout the hotel.

No pool or hot tub open. My room was supposed to bath tub and didn’t. HouE keeping stole my meds. Customer service didn’t try to make any of this right. Rude ataff

Room was smelly and bed pillows were terribly stinky. I mean really really bad smell. I never got used to the off gassing or whatever was causing the stench. Freeway traffic was loud. Breakfast was good but i would stay somewhere else.

This hotel is listed as a 3 star and it shouldn’t be. It’s very run down, outdated, and depressing. The bathroom ceiling was crumbling into the shower while I was in it, a panel of wallpaper was missing and showed some definite mold. The towels were grayish and smelled suspiciously of mildew. The sheets and pillow cases did look clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. I definitely will not stay here again. It’s way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. I think I would have felt better just sleeping in my car at the airport.
