You can’t play your Bluetooth speaker in the lobby was not loud it kept coming back-and-forth the day to turn the speaker down and his New Year’s Eve people is up having fun that was a reason why I went to the hotel to have wine and celebrate my wife birthday lotta people was there The TV is not cable is digital like they have an antenna hooked up to it The bar wasn’t open on New Year’s Eve don’t think guy be going back there. I went there three years in a row this year was not fun

Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. 2 of four elevators broken. TV in bedroom had only 5 working channels. Fridge door wouldn’t stay closed. Chair in room was peeling vinyl. Hotel needs refurbishing. Breonna was excellent in customer service. Reception food was good.

My room had water damaged base boards that I noticed on the 2nd day of my stay. I noticed a sticky substance with a hair stuck in it on a wash cloth. The lighting was too dim in the bedroom. It was difficult to get the room to a good temperature. The deadbolt didn’t work on the lock. The only positive was the bar service. Very fun environment and a nice complement to the stay.

When I arrived at check in, my room was not ready . When I got in the room it was not cleaned and looked like someone still stayed in there. I came downstairs and got another room. My new room sink and shower was clogged. I spoke front desk and she brushed me off.

Very impressed with our two-night stay with Embassy Suites North. The staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and away from the busy elevators as we requested. The hotel was full but staff kept the noise down so all guest could enjoy their stay. I really appreciated the 10pm no loud noise enforcement they have. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings. We have stayed here many times and will return.

The property is beautiful! You can tell that it is an older property and need some updates (mainly cosmetic) here and there but it’s beautiful and clean. We appreciated the staff! The hotel was very full but everyone that we encountered was professional and courteous. The breakfast crew was amazing! They made certain that guests did not have to wait longer than five minutes for a table and that was impressive considering the amount of people that was in the dinning area. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and managers reception. We were quite surprised of the yummy options that were available but it’s also why we prefer Embassy Suites over other properties. We were not disappointed and will stay at the property again if we are ever in the area.

Had a double queen room with seperate area with sofe sleeper. Queen portion was great, sofa sleeper was pretty typical slant to the center, not comfy. Room was overall good and spacious. Elevators are slow and old so give yourself time. Staff was great. Bar was great. Food was good. Free breakfast is one of best I have seen. I would stay here again.

Stay was overall good. The furniture had some weird stains on it but that’s really all. We came during some sort of football tournament for kids so there was a lot of noise during the stay. The hotel itself was a solid 8/10 needs some upgrades with the older tvs in the rooms and older furniture.

We booked a king room, and arrived at 5:30; He said "he only had one king left", which was confusing since we reserved and paid for it days in advance? When we got to the room, we discovered it had not been cleaned yet (at 5:30 PM???) So all that was available was a double queen, and we had to compromise. Ironically, another family member arrived shortly after us, and was told "all the kings had been sold out" He wasn't happy either, since he too reserved and pre-paid for a king room. Only other complaint was that the AC only maintained about 70-72 degrees in the room. My assumption is the T-stat is just a "dummy Stat", as the fan coil water temps are preset at the chillers. Guy at the front desk who checked us in was great though; just didn't have what we paid for, and after a 6 hour drive, we just didn't have the energy to find another hotel.
