Not ideal Property is under renovation and therefore a lot of debris is on premises. Property is located directly on a very busy street and it was very loud. Described as near east side of indianapolis, but is really the east side and not in a very nice neighborhood as there are vacant homes all around.

have good knees for the stairs. apartment as listed. plenty of room. could hear every word spoken and foot step taken from the people renting downstairs. s/w sketchy neighborhood, but thats all of east Indy. bed comfortable. all amenities taken care of.
