基爾莫雷旅館(Kilmorey Lodge)

A gem of a hotel overlooking the lake in a scenic town of Waterton. Perfect location. Near beautiful waterfalls. Lovely restaurant/bar/staff. Our room was sparkling clean with upscale bedding and a pot of tea with cups awaiting our arrival. Great price with trip.com in off season. Recommended!

Ce que nous avons aimé : Emplacement , hôtel neuf et propre , 2 restaurants , bon déjeuner Ce que nous avons pas aimé : on nous a enlevé nos chaises et table devant notre appartement 1 h avant notre arrivée . Nous en avons trouvé d’autres qu’on nous a aussi enlevé sous prétexte qu’après l’action de Grâce l’hiver est arrivé . Nous adorons s’asseoir la nuit pour regarder les étoiles ou en pm une des raisons que nous avons choisi cet endroit . Au bistro l’option hamburger végé avait été retiré du menu . Aucune option pâte ou pizza. J’ai eu droit à une salade sans légumes et dont le poulet est arrivé 25 minutes après que mon conjoint avait terminé son souper . Pas très romantique .Nous avons demandé un voucher mais on n’a pas considéré notre demande . Le lendemain la salade nageait dans l’huile . Le service surtout au bistro était très mauvais avec 45 min d’attente pour commander . On a demandé du thé le matin dans la chambre celui-ci est arrivé au souper . Cet endroit n’écoute pas les besoins du client mais veut qu’on s’adapte à leurs consignes . Aucun salon pour lire etc les jours de pluie sauf dans le hall. Pas d’attention Romantique dans la chambre avec une petite table et 2 chaises . Un accueil sec avec un gros fauteuil . Une préposée à l’accueil était très gentille mais une autre avait aucun sourire comme si on la dérangeait . Peut-être donnerons nous une autre chance à cet endroit mais nous aimons bien Emerald lake lodge dont on peut s’asseoir même l’hiver dehors .

Séjour juste parfait dans cet hôtel ! Chambre calme, au bord du lac avec des cerfs passant le matin ! Chambre très propre et mobilier neuf, bien équipée et pensée pour le confort. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli et avons bien mangé dans le pub et le restaurant de l’hôtel, tous deux très bons. Si nous repassons par ici nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel !

Estancia muy buena. Ninguna queja. Hotel junto al lago y cerca del centro. Habitación amplia, muy cómoda. Posibilidad de cenar y desayunar en el hotel.

The room was outstanding and it comes with high roof, big window (we book room come with mountain view and we really want the window to get more giant to capture the whole mountain view) What need to be improve: -An improvement to this is having someone else who can always help the receptionist. (I was at the hotel and there was only a receptionist while more people coming with questions) -My experience with parking was not that nice when I first came. I was informed that there was nó spot in the parking lot due to an event and customers come for food and events. I was asked to park the vehicle on pathway or in another hotel (if I did not missed this point) till 6pm when the event is done. This is not a very big inconvenience but this can show the hotel is not putting hotel guess at first. And the room comes without microwave. And I guess the hotel don't have one as well since the receptionist asked us to come to the restaurant to heat up our prepared food (which I may refer not to cause I feel uncomfortable to ask a restaurant to heat up my food and we did not use any of their service). Waterton is a small village and don't have a lot of choice when it comes to food so we prepared some food before the road trip.

The service in the dining room and lounge provided by Emily was amazing! Even after a very long shift she continued to be very happy, funny and provided exceptional service. I do have to mention that we were a little worried at first as the lady who was working the front desk was very unpleasant and unwelcoming so we were very thrilled when we realized the rest of the staff were very friendly!

It’s the first time we’ve stayed at the new Kilmorey Lodge. For a new build, it has retained the character of the old place quite nicely. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious, wonderful walk-in showers, beautifully tiled. The views from the lakeview rooms is fabulous!The building and workmanship throughout appear to be very well done. And I love all the Brent Laycock prints on most of the walls! Dinner at the restaurant was very good as well, but I wish they’d kept the Lamp Post name… I would definitely recommend the Kilmorey for a stay, especially at the winter prices!

We stayed from 17 to 19 February. Actually had problems with restaurants, as everything is buried around. Everything else is fine. Quiet and piece place with beautiful mountains.

Very new hotel, so very clean and in great shape. Being a long weekend in the off season the staff were running constantly, but were very nice and did their best.
