我們於2021年8月底訪問,體驗不是很好!我們和一位和藹的年輕人在一起,結果卻被安排在一個單人房間(我們倆是一對)在酒店後面,有一條長長的走廊和樓梯,我們第二天要去參加婚禮時,我們帶了幾件行李。我們的房間不滿意,但因爲沒有更多的房間,我們無法更改。我們被告知可能是第二天。我們還被告知每天供應歐式早餐,但餐廳從內部關閉後,我們看不到任何證據(見圖)第二天我們的房間被換了,但我們不得不去參加婚禮,所以問我們以後是否可以搬進來不!他們把我們放在一個小房間時,這個直率的回答沒有考慮到嗎?我們必須立即搬,或儘快搬。而且餐廳看上去仍然像建築工地,角落裏擺着滿是灰塵的桌子,上面擺着髒盤子,我們抱怨時,我們到達前被告知有歐式早餐,有人叫來打掃桌子,放麪包,牛奶和幾盒麥片緩解了這種狀況(見圖),太糟糕了。房間沒有那麼大,從牆壁上你什麼都聽得到。餐廳的幾天打掃乾淨,供應了豐盛的早餐,但時間有點晚,因爲我們只剩下兩天的住宿時間,前幾天我們不得不自己買早餐,而我們本應該按照付款方式提供早餐的。這!!!停車也不太好先到先得,在週邊街道停車很尷尬,從我們的經驗中我最好的建議是避免這個地方,然後找到其他地方!!!當時那裏的工作人員對我們的處境毫不關心,也沒有禮貌,他們試圖把我們的早餐情況和房間的擺佈給我們。

優點酒店非常像Premier Inn,牀很舒服,牀上用品一模一樣,房間的裝飾也是一樣的顏色。缺點 房間裏沒有肥皂或沐浴露,淋浴頭可以用更換,毛巾對更大的人不同情!你肯定需要更大的毛巾。儘管把暖氣片上的旋鈕轉動了,它不會在我們的房間裏掉下來,觸摸起來很熱。我們不得不睡在兩個窗戶都開着,當然這使它像在主路上一樣非常吵。

Booked last minute, forgot to ask for ground floor room as I have mobility issues and they said all lower floor were taken. Our room was first floor which was three flights of stairs. The room smelt like smokers had been in there, it looked like it had been painted recently, but not professionally finished. Bathroom was tiny and had an awful back smell to it from the vent system. There was no plug hole to the sink and no soaps/toiletries. There was nowhere to hang clothes or towel in bathroom and no bath mat. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, was scum and water/soap marks round the outside edges of the shower. The small glass shelf was dusty and there were no glass provided in the bathroom. The painting and finishing off wasn’t done. There was a big hole on the floor behind the sink. I accidentally spilt water and it all went down the hole before I got chance to clean it. I’m the room itself the beds did look freshly made but no vacuuming had been done. It looked like the room had been made up quickly!! The beds were clean on inspection which was something and the mattress was comforting. There was a big round table between the beds (which I’m guessing would usually be under the window). There was a small desk with kettle on and packets of tea, coffee and milk. Tv above on the wall. Hairdryer in drawer which you had to crawl under the desk to plug in to socket as it was fixed in. There was no chairs or stool in the room to sit on to do makeup or put clothes/bags on. No hooks to hang coats. An old empty wardrobe was in the room but had no hangers inside. The curtains were old and needed a good wash as did the net curtains throughout the building. As for the carpets, well they were a mess. Stained and dirty in the room, would hate to think what had been spilled into the carpets. The carpets on the stairs and landings had paint marks on nearly all of them. I would not walk with bare feet. The dining room was nicely presented and a decent enough breakfast was available. However no Halal, which considering the area and the owners I found strange. However there were cereals and juice, coffee and English breakfast. A lovely lady was on hand in the kitchen to make tea and toast. The reception staff were very friendly at all times. Parking was a big plus for us. This hotel has a lot to work on. Even the small additions could make a whole lot of difference!!!! Please try harder then you would be a nicer place to stay!!!

Was staying one night in London. Have not used this hotel before but could use the Elizabeth Line to easily get to and from Liverpool Street (Ilfod station a few minutes walk away). Nothing wrong with the room but fairly basic, in line with pricing. I'm a Diamond member of Best Western and was disappointed with the great fuss make on checking in for proof of identity requirements. Not the way to treat frequent BW guests.

我們在當地ExCel中心工作時在Guesthouse住了一個星期。招待所周圍有許多當地外賣,在正常營業時間外靠近免費停車場。(7:30-6pm週一週五免費充電)住宿有自己的入口,由fob進入。通過門將引導您到酒吧上方的一組樓梯。爲我們辦理入住時正在和酒吧經理說話。房間非常超值。只是請注意,在週五和週六晚上,酒吧可以聽到現場音樂,但我喜歡酒店提供耳塞作爲房間的標準,如果你不喜歡現場音樂,可以協助睡眠。我們都很喜歡,還會再來的。

我們在觀看市長的演出前後在這裏住了兩晚。酒店離火車站衹有幾分鐘的步行路程。我們使用 TfL 旅行，因此每 10 分鐘就有一趟火車到利物浦街車站的廉價旅行。雙人房很緊湊。但是我們晚上睡得很好。電視遙控器不工作。浴室套間淋浴很好。提供毛巾和洗漱用品。早餐為自助式，冷熱自助，包括全英式、羊角麵包、吐司、麥片、果醬等，水果、酸奶、茶、咖啡、果汁。工作人員在需要時補充食物。會再次住在這裏，因為它物有所值。
