I am very upset and disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. After checking out, I was shocked to find that I was charged an extra fee just for washing a blanket. This is completely unreasonable. Isn’t it standard practice for hotels to clean all bedding, including blankets, after every guest checks out? Charging guests separately for something that should be part of basic hygiene is unacceptable and feels like a hidden fee. The amount charged was also outrageously high, which made the situation even worse. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I will definitely not return. I hope the management reconsiders this unfair policy and stops taking advantage of guests with unreasonable charges.
