The accommodation is remarkably soundproofed considering the flight activities that take place from the adjacent aircraft parking lot. Positives: Room was nice, very large. Negatives: 1. Elevator wasn’t working, I had to climb the stairs with my luggage, though with the help of a staff. 2. During breakfast, I asked the restaurant waitress where the juice for breakfast was, then she got a pack of juice from the fridge and gave it to me. As I was leaving back to my room, I was asked to pay for the juice, that the juice gotten from the fridge wasn’t part of the breakfast meal. But I asked for juice for breakfast, I didn’t ask to buy.

At the reception they are a bit too slow and a bit too shy, but always trying to satisfy any requests. Food in the restaurant is always the same and not particularly impressive. The most of the time they take very long time to deliver in the room, or just need a very long time to take your order. Actually if they are busy doing some paper works, they ignoring you util you don't request attention. Definitely they need to improve their customer service.
