希洛套房飯店-愛達荷福爾斯(Shilo Inn Suites - Idaho Falls)

It was ok. Nothing great.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The conditions of room/bathroom need attention due to wear & tear related to the age of property. For the price we were satisfied with conditions. The breakfast was very basic and limited. The staff were underwhelming in hospitality. Some of the hot food ran out and the comment made was it’s too close to ending to make more. I said if mealtime ends at 10 am, food should be available until 10 am. Hostess did not agree.

The Shilo is an affordable hotel in downtown Idaho Falls. Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are decent size and offer what most need during their stay. The hotel could use some updating as it looks as though it has never been updated since it was built. This was my second stay there and i would stay again.

When I booked the hotel I was told there was a shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle, despite your wed site notes saying there was! Ended up booking Uber for $40,. you really need to get your stuff sorted out. You are becoming lax in your method's, why would I book with you again?

Worst place we've ever stayed. TERRIBLE customer service. Harassed my kids over a late check out that was pre-approved, then proceeded to harass my kids and call them liars. I called the officd and she hung up on me. I run a very successful construction business and we will NEVER book through them again. My daughter was threatened that "her son was a cop" I'm absolutely appauled. We asked for the managers card and they refused to give it to us, then called my daughters hoodrats. Ill be pressing charges of any form. Disgusted!!!

Room was comfortable, heat easy to control, and bed and blankets conducive to sleeping. Room was large with fridge, microwave with reasonable WiFi service. Breakfast served with choice of 6 menu items. A strong wind caused windows to have a whistling sound which was somewhat distracting in the room.

They don’t allow check in until 4 pm. When people stay at a hotel for a FUNERAL you need to get to the room to help get ready. You’re not there early just because. Won’t be coming back. Not worth he $110 for 1 night.

Could not see out the windows in our room. There was dust on several surfaces. Carpeting needs cleaning. Bukbs iver vanity were burned out. Included breakfast was luke warm eggs and buscuits on a self serve buffet tray.

Fantastic value and a lot of amenities did the price. It’s a bit dated but sometimes it’s nice when a hotel doesn’t gut the interior every 5 years.
