The front desk attendants didn't seem to be having a good day during our visit, making this the least welcoming hotel experience for us.

The most comfortable bed we've ever slept at a hotel. Very clean, and great staff

Cust service was exceptional from checking in, cook and checking it. However the hot tub was not at all and the pool had excessive chorine our skin was itchy that had to get out.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Property was safe feeling. Rooms were clean.

They were in the middle of renovating so the place was a little less attractive and put together. Service was friendly and helpful however.

Hotel was under construction but was still extremely clean and quite. The hosts at the front were beyond kind and inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

Updated, newer, convenient to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical center.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Idaho Falls was overall enjoyable, considering the price we paid. While there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the pool being closed and the absence of milk at the morning breakfast, we had a great experience. The room we stayed in, 101, was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It was a suite with a separate living room and a king-sized bed, providing ample space for relaxation. The room felt spacious and well-appointed, contributing to our comfort during the stay. One highlight of our stay was the media room, which turned out to be a hit with the kids. The gaming consoles available in the media room kept them entertained for hours. This amenity was greatly appreciated as it provided an enjoyable and engaging activity for the children, ensuring they had a memorable time during our stay. Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the closed pool and the lack of milk at breakfast, these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience. We understood that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and it did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. In conclusion, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Idaho Falls provided good value for the price paid.

It was being renovated and no one told us beforehand. Limited breakfast and they were out of a lot of things. I would have stayed somewhere else had i known. No gymn, laundry, etc.
