Excellent place was first class service from minute we got there remains the bar man is a gem cleaner's in every day food good spotlessly clean I had my doubts about this place ...yes its vasic but its clean comfortable and very friendly close to all amenities 5 to 10 min walk will be going back for sure great place

Lovely basic apar**ents.Very clean.Fantastic cleaner Suyreya.Great barman Remzi.Extreemly helpful.If he's nasty it is atitude of how you treat him.He organised trips for us and was great with the food we requested. All in all FANTASTIC

We had a brilliant time at Ince apar**ents. The studio apar**ent I was in was fabulous, cleaned every day by the lovely staff who work so hard. I have been to other apar**ents in Icmeler however this is by far the cleanest apar**ents I have stayed in. My son was on the 3rd floor and he was very pleased with the room and particularly with the view from the balcony. No complaints from us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ince apar**ents. We have stayed here before, and we will be returning.

Up until 2 days before we were due to go home I would have given these apar**ents 4 stars. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners do an amazing job. The apar**ents are very basic but are a good base for getting around. The pool area is lovely and always plenty of sunbeds for everyone and has a nice a**osphere. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were thoroughly enjoying. Then the problems started, Ramzi the bar manager who up until now had been really fab, kind and friendly, had a real angry outburst against 2 ladies who refused to pay Ramzi money that their travel company had told them not to pay. He really lost it and was shouting and threw them out of the hotel a day before they were due to leave. They were very upset. We were really concerned about them and offered support, my daughter told Ramzi that he shouldn't speak to them like that and it was an awful way to deal with people and he lost it with us, threatening to throw us out as well. He told the ladies that he would take their passports and was really intimidating. This was done in front of everyone around the pool. He proceeded to make us pay our bar bill in front of everyone and refused to speak to us that night. It was very unsettling. Ramzi did apologise the next day and we accepted that, but I feel this needs to be said as some people may not have coped so well and being thrown out of your hotel in a foreign country is frightening. The ladies were fine and well looked after at another hotel. I would just like to say that none of us involved are toxic people, we were all kind and just wanted to look out for each other. Pity more people around the pool didnt stand up for them. Such a shame as its actually a really nice place!!

SHOCKING!!! We arrive at 7 in the morning to be told that our rooms would not be ready until 12, we then went back at 10 past 12 to be told they would be ready in an hour and half, after this hour and half they came to us with 1 room and said the other 2 rooms would be ready soon and expected all 7 of us to get ready in one room. The manager of this hotel Ramsey is rude, argumentative. Will not be stopping in this hotel again. Shame because we stayed here a few years ago and it was ok.

Booked for 10 days at İnce Apart**nts and we was not disappointed. The rooms are basic, but clean. The cleaners clean the rooms daily, and change towels and bed sheets every day too. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, not pushy, not rude at all, totally the opposite ( and we only bought one round of drinks each day at Ince Apart**nts and we ate out everyday. So the staff we're nice because that's the way they are, not because your spending money with them). The pool is large, and cleaned by Ali every night and there's enough sunbeds for everyone. From Ince apart**nts it's about an 8-10 minutes gentle slow walk to the centre of Icmeler and roughly about 20 mins walk to the beach.( But you can get the bus type things to get around if you want if you struggle with walking). Every night we went out to eat at the restaurants and every night has we left the apart**nts they said have a good night ( we have stayed at other apart**nts in Icmeler and they we're pushy, asking us questions like why are we not eating with them, do you not like our food etc etc, just makes you feel uncomfortably at times) but you don't get any of that at İnce Apartm**ts. We are planning on going back next year, this year I was there with my wife and 2 teenage daughters, they all said they felt comfortable and safe there ( even when I sneeked off for a kip lol). So to recap, Basic & Very Clean. Staff Friendly & Helpful ( Not pushy at all). Within walking distance off town centre and the beach. And just to note, theres been 2 negative reviews on Ince Apartm**ts, the reviews we're written by people who was there when we was there, please please do not believe what they have written they were toxic horrible people. See you all next year pips, and thank you for a wonderful holiday. You are all amazing 5 🌟

The apar**ent is basic, the shower curtain is too short, so the bathroom floods every time you have a shower. The air con cannot be turned off or turned down unless you take the key out, so at night, you are either baking hot or freezing cold. The bathroom door locked, and we couldn't open it. This happened 2 days in it still had not been fixed before we left, the balcony door had an old pair of knickers that was being used to stop it banging into the wall. The manager, Remzi, is extremely rude and actually swore at me, and he was making sexist comments about women, he says the women there should have to parade round the pool holding numbers so he can judge them. Also he apparently has no association with love holidays (which is who we booked with). He wants you to spend money in his bar/cafe if you don't, he will ignore you. The air con will cost you an £50 for the week. Now, for the better stuff, the cleaners are amazing. The place is spotless, the pool area is lovely.

Will not be coming back. We went with friends of ours, you may see one of our friends reviews on here, as there were 11 of us. The apar**ent and pool overall were very nice. However, that is not the problem. A certain barman whose name is "Ramzi" was extremely rude and disrespectful towards certain people whom we were staying with. He came up to us one time, shouting and being rude to the two of us, saying we hadn't paid our AC bill when we obviously were going to. He had previously had an argument with another family who were staying there, which had obviously made him angry, therfore taking it out on us. As we complained to the owners , he again started being rude saying that we were lying and that he never got angry with us. He also said that he would " make our holiday hell" and spreading vicious rumours about one of our friends. He is not a nice person and has been seen arguing with the owners , which I don't understand why they keep him, as he simply is just a barman. He also has said that he " loves alcoholics " as they buy drinks alot. He has also been caught overcharging alot of customers with drinks and gets angry when people don't buy drinks of him. He has been publicly very weird towards young girls, openly trying to impress them by sitting and talking with them. This was our first time going to Turkey and this particular apar**ent , as the family we were going with, had been going their for years, so this was not a pleasant welcome for us and therfore we will not be returning. I didn't want to complain as the apar**ents were very clean and the cleaner herself was extremely kind and thoughtful. We still managed to have an amazing time in Turkey but again we will not be coming back for now until " Ramzi" is not present.

My sister Kerry and I booked our holiday through Loveholidays. When we arrived at the accommodation we had booked at Ozlem 1 apar**ents, we were told they were full even though we had booked and paid a year ago! They said they would pay for a taxi to move us. They sent us to Ince apar**ents. When we got there the taxi driver chased us because no payment had been made to him. We paid the driver and he left. I have to be fair and say Ince apar**ents are good. Cleaned everyday by the amazing cleaner and the pool is lovely. HOWEVER, 2 days before our holiday ended Remzi approached us at the pool asking for our hotel voucher which we provided. We thought it was sorted. Later that day he came to our room asking for £180 to cover the cost of our room, stating it was because they don’t do business with love holidays. We know this isn’t true because there were people staying there that had booked with love holidays and after checking online we could see that you can book ince apar**ents with love holidays. We were a bit taken aback and thought if we got a receipt we could claim back later. So I offered a card payment or a bank transfer. Remzi told us it had to be cash!! I went on live chat to love holidays who told us he should not be asking us for money so we decided not to pay because we’d never see that money again. The following morning Remzi approached us at the pool for the money. I told him everything we had decided and what love holidays had told us. He lost the plot! He was shouting at us in front of all other guests saying we had to pay. We continued to refuse. He then started threatening to take our passports if we didn’t pay! We told him he couldn’t do that so he told us to pack our things and go. We were thrown out of Ince apar**ents with 14 hours until our transfer. It’s outrageous. We had been warned by other guests to be careful of him but we didn’t imagine he could be this bad. Loveholidays are launching an investigation. Thank you to all the lovely guests who helped and supported us after seeing his unacceptable behaviour. I’ve given one star because I can’t give zero!
