Excellent experience for the duration of stay, staff are kind nice and very helpful whenever needed. The food at the restaurant was up to the expectations, especially the waitress Fati with her excellent customer service and the smile which never leaves her face. Thank you for this amazing experience, definitely coming back as soon as possible.

We have just returned from a trip to Santa Eulalia staying in a different hotel. My Dad came on holiday with us and on the Tuesday morning of our holiday went out on a walk himself to visit some places he’d seen in years gone by with my Mum. Unfortunately he seems to have blacked out outside the W Ibiza and was found by staff in a pool of blood. The staff not only helped him up and called an ambulance but they also phoned me and made absolutely sure that I knew what had happened, what hospital he was getting taken to and how to get to him. I didn’t get a chance to call back and thank them later in the week but I was even told to phone back if there was absolutely anything else they could help with. They couldn’t have been more empathetic, helpful and caring. My Dad spent the day in hospital and was let back to our hotel late that evening when his vital signs had improved after many tests and with an extensive report to take to his own doctor. I’ll also email the hotel directly once I get contact details but I really felt that potential customers should know just how helpful this hotel was in a crisis. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my Dad. It was a dreadful & shocking thing to have happened but I think he considers himself very lucky that it happened where it did.

We were welcomed with friendly service and 5 star treatment. The facilities, food, accommodation and location of the hotel is amazing and I could not find anything that was not to my liking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a 5 star holiday at a affordable price.

Just stayed for 4 days at this incredible hotel. This is our first time in Ibiza and the experience of this hotel will ensure we return . The hotel is less than a year old and is technically very advanced. You are encouraged to use your phone to manage most things through the hotel app. From closing the curtains, turning the lights on and off , ordering room service etc. the room was fabulous with breathtaking views of the infinity pool and the sea. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. Breakfast was both buffet and table service. Every type of requirement was catered for and very delicious. There are a variety of restaurants which cater for most tastes. The swimming pool and surrounding area are beautifully appointed and a wonderful bar and restaurant. The hotel rooms and restaurants are expensive but you get wonderful service and I would say it’s good value. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Service was exemplary from Oliver the director of rooms to everyone we encountered. One felt that they really wanted to make ones stay memorable. The hotel is on a very large plot and requires a fair bit of walking and therefore you need comfortable shoes. I can’t wait to return
