Almohadas muy incómodas, poca variedad en el desayuno

El hotel es una gran elección para visitar Ibiza. Recomiendo preguntar en recepción para alquilar un coche, contratar un tour, etc. Nosotras cogimos los billetes del ferry en el puerto, en una empresa, y ellos tenían un pequeño negocio local como contacto que ofrecía los mismos billetes a mitad de precio (con horarios de ferry algo más restringidos). Personal muy muy agradable, limpieza perfecta, ubicación estupenda. Muy recomendable.

Suite con balcone vista mare laterale, 200 € a notte prenotato a marzo. Parcheggio inesistente, per strada impossibile nonostante giugno essendo una zona residenziale. Frigobar in camera inesistente, ascensore inesistente (spero non vi diano il 3 piano) bidet inesistente ( ad ibiza in generale non esiste) pulizie camera 🤔 ho trovato della fuliggine sotto al soffitto ma era l'ultima notte e non mi andava proprio di replicare. La sera prima del check out ho chiesto in reception se potevano lasciare qualcosa per la colazione, visto che andavamo via molto presto ma ci è stato negato. NOTE positive: posizionato a 200 mt dal lungomare e spiaggia di platja de ses figurates, raggiungibile tramite una scalinata. A 11 min in macchina dal porto e centro e 20 min a piedi. A 15 min da playa den bossa e le famose discoteche ushuaja Hi ecct. Camera bella ,modernamente arredata e un ampio balcone ben ventilato, Ma.... Sinceramente per quanto pagato e prenotato a marzo tramite booking genius , mi sarei aspettato un hotel con più comfort, invece è stato leggermente stressante. Ps: già mi aspetto la replica dell'hotel con le sue giustificazioni e cerca di buttare fango sulle persone solo perché poi non puoi controbattere.

Pasamos la ultima noche de nuestra estancia en Ibiza, en este hotel. Localización en la ciudad inmejorable, para poder visitar todos aquellos rincones culturales de la isla a solo un paso. La habitación perfecta, cogimos una Junior Suite y esa bañera es simplemente perfecta para tomar un baño de relajación. Cama cómoda y todo muy limpio. El personal la recepción son encantadores. Volvería a repetir en este hotel sin duda.

Just returned from a four day stay here and the hotel was perfect... The view of the sea from the balcony and the city was very nice... We found the rooms cozy and modern, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel lounge is full of plants, classy... The breakfast was ideal with a bit of everything and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful... Would highly recommend for a short stay in Ibiza town.

I'm not sure where to begin with this place! The view isn't much to speak of, just a glimpse between buildings. The room was sort of clean, though the pillows were a disaster—one too hard, one too soft. The sink was clogged. The shower and toilet were okay, at least. But they only provide two towels, and you have to use them for both hands and face. The toilet paper is like tissue paper, and you have to ask for more because they don't leave spares. The room has a faint sewer smell, probably because the bathroom is right there. Plus, it's incredibly noisy; you can hear everything as if people are in the room with you. It's like they want you to experience the whole city's plumbing system firsthand! And the noise? You might as well be rooming with the neighbors. Breakfast doesn't offer any relief either—it's the same dull spread every morning. The coffee is a disappoin**ent; no matter what you choose from the fancy machine, it all tastes the same—like regret in a cup.

I don’t know where to start :)). The view is not like a real view, you have a bit of a view through the other buildings. The room: it was cleanish. The pillows were horrible, one too hard and one too soft. The sink was stuffy. The shower and the toilet were clean. You only receive 2 towels, for hands and face you have to use the same :)). The toilet paper is super thin and if you need more you have to ask because they dont put new ones as a spare. The room smels of sewers because the toilet and the shower are in the room. Also it is very noisy, you can hear everyone as if they are in the room with you. About breakfast: it is the same everyday. Coffee very bad there is a machine with sorts of coffee but you receive the same thing although you tap something else. Cutlery very old and used, dishes also old and nicked. Nobody renewed anything if it went missing, so if you missed the breakfast at the beginning you might not eat. Don’t recommend at all!

We stayed in room 117. Stunning view from the windows on the beach from one side and road from the other. Free standing bath in the middle of the room is unusual however, having a bath with a view for a coast can’t be more relaxing. Maintenance condition of the room was 5/5, fresh silicone, spotless walls and clean windows.Check-in experience was good, receptionist (Ginger hair, unfortunately missed her name) managed to check us in at 11 (3 hrs before guaranteed check-in time) free of charge, hotel was well explained. Breakfast Buffett looked clean and items were replenished in timely manner. All in all great experience, for sure will come back.

Great little hotel in a central location, without being too busy. Room and balcony were a good size, amazing view of the sea (paid for sea view). Room and hotel generally were spotless, felt really modern and well looked after. Hotel has a rooftop with sun loungers too! Breakfast and seating terrace also really lovely. Can’t fault this hotel based on our stay, would recommend and would stay here again.
