很棒的假期,我們現在在這裏。食物很可愛,天氣很完美,當我們到達時,我們得到了一個四人間(噴氣式飛機告訴我們這是一個相互連接的房間),我們沒有到達一個有雙層牀的臥室(一個女兒是15!!!),我們聯繫了前台,第二天早上我們得到了互連房間接待,非常可愛,非常樂於助人。房間絕對完美,每天清掃非常非常印象深刻,把行李送到你房間的紳士非常樂於助人,攜帶我們所有的行李沒有什麼太多要求他們,他們都努力工作,總是樂於助人,強烈推薦這家酒店給家庭我們有一個可愛的時間,肯定會回到這裏。

Desde el primer momento la atención de recepción (Sofia y Natalia) ha sido excelente al igual que el equipo de restaurante. A destacar: la limpieza extrema de sus habitaciones y baños, la ubicación, la calidad del colchón firme y cómodo como nuevo, su comida del restaurante. La extremada atención cuidada y amabilidad de Sofia y Natalia haciéndonos sentir bien acogidos y bienvenidos, con información muy acertada de lugares que pasear y donde comer. Suelo dormir en hoteles de 4* y trabajar en hoteles de 5GL y no me esperaba haber acertado tanto en alojarme aquí. Muy recomendable. Y sin duda un lugar a recomendar a mis amigos.

我們爲婚禮客人預訂了18間旅館日落的房間,但多次入住旅館日落。這裏的工作人員非常樂於助人和友好;特別感謝Marco & Veronica。這是一家經濟型酒店,位於市中心,但仍然遠離噪音,足夠安靜,可以獲得一些體面的睡眠。我們是夫婦和家庭的混合物。這家酒店在一些網站上沒有孩子,但我們有幾個孩子,所以請與酒店覈實,以防發生這種情況。房間非常基本;有些已經更新,有些仍然需要它,但在8月份的2個帶露台的房間每晚75英鎊,你得到了你付出的代價。房間很乾淨,如果你需要做任何事情,總是有人幫忙。我唯一建議的是稍微好的牀墊(這可能是我習慣了在家裏更堅固的牀墊)。游泳池區在馬路對面,很棒;它永遠不會太忙,總是有救生員值班。你可以帶自己的飲料和食物到游泳池,因爲他們目前在酒店沒有酒吧。我們帶了一位揚聲器,所以大多數日子都有派對前。每個房間都有免費保險箱,空調很棒,還有一些免費洗浴用品;你可以在前台購買更多。如果我在尋找便宜的東西,我肯定會再次預訂。

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.

First and foremost, a lovely hotel with fabulous sunsets from the roof top bar and some amazing DJs playing their sets. Whilst we believe it has a great concept, we definitely feel we are here at the end of the season. There are 3 restaurants and generally the Food is ok but definitely some recycling of food and I think, every day very similar. What is exceptional here are the desserts which are a league above everything else served in all honesty and are to be highly commended. This is an all inclusive hotel for adults so the bar is always going to be busy but at times, they were overwhelmed and empty glasses and cups were not collected and still on sun beds, walls and floors the next day. Tonight is my last night and I waited 10 minutes to be served at the gaucho bar to be given corked wine sadly. Some staff are obviously too busy i.e bar staff but it seems that others sit looking bored (pool attendants) or spent hours on instagram.( butlers) There doesn’t seem to be a team approach to ensuring guests are looked after properly and everyone helping out when needed. Sadly, I think what is lacking here is that there are no management staff visible or checking on the environment or checking in on customers and their experience. This hotel could be great and definitely could be worth 5 stars but needs managing properly with more attention to detail I feel. Overall an Ok experience but would I come back…. I don’t think so.

位置：在島上San Antonio這邊，我個人認為衹適合自駕，門口停車很方便，都免費的。酒店出門右轉一條小路下去1分鐘就是海邊，非常適合看日落，沿着海邊走1.4km就是著名的cafe del mar。 房間：非常的古巴風格，蠻幹凈的，大小適中，可以攤開兩個大箱子。我住的是1樓的房間，陽台上可以看見圖7的樣子。熱水壺和冰箱都是網紅smeg。浴室也超級復古的哦，黃銅水龍頭這種。 公共區域：看照片就行了！非常真實，好適合拍照片！酒店大堂瀰漫著柑橘調的香氛～把人一下子拉到了古巴！還有免費的沙灘浴巾可以租借～這家酒店我唯一不滿的是游泳池附近蚊子太多了！我待了10分鐘咬了8個包，氣死我了！ 總結：此次西班牙八家酒店中最滿意的兩家之一！衹要你是自駕，我非常推薦的一家！！！咆哮推薦！
