There were not many hotel options in Iași at the time of booking, the only one I could find that was central and reasonably priced was Hotel Continental. It was a 15 minute walk from Gara Mare and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was located a block away from Piața Unirii and a short walk from the Old Town. I had a nice welcome at check-in where it was explained that breakfast was included in my room rate before I was given my room key. The room was on 3rd floor and was quite spacious with a double and a single bed. It was old style decor and hadn't seen any refurbishment however there was a small balcony, aircon, TV and a full size fridge which made up for the dated furnishings. The bed was uncomfortable but with a few blankets over the mattress helped and I managed to sleep okay. The bathroom was fine with a powerful shower and there were toiletries provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of dishes, I chose the omelette which was delicious, it came with a croissant, bread rolls, coffee and fruit tea and was a very good start to the day. I liked the Hotel Continental because the hotel was so central and the staff were very courteous, the room was very dated but I still enjoyed my short stay there.

Central location, next to Palace of Culture and Palas Mall, yet no traffic noise since it’s not overlooking the street. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the bathrooms have all amenities needed. The staff is very discreet and helpful. The food also very good at the ground floor restaurant. Very good accomodation choice for Iasi

I was a little concerned by some of the reviews before we arrived. But shouldn't have worried. Room 412 was spotless with no visible damage. Everything was clean and working. Comfy bed. Extra pillows in the cupboard. Safe, ironing board, tea and coffee provided in the room. A huge bathroom with good selection of toiletries. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and kept well topped up. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a 5 /10 min walk to the Palas of Culture so ideal spot for the pair of us

很棒的地方,我預訂了希爾頓漢普頓酒店,我不得不延長在伊西的住宿,而漢普頓已經不在我需要換到另一家酒店的地方,所以我選擇了Hotel Arnia。我可以告訴你,Arnia比漢普頓好得多,房間大,便宜了漢普頓幾乎半價。非常推薦。
