Excellent experience

Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

My husband and I were traveling from US to hyderabad and decided to have dinner at Taj Falaknuma property on 8th Feb 2024. We were asked at the gate if we had reservation for that evening , unfortunately we didnt have and so the door*** said we could not enter the hotel without reservation.(We had tried booking for the high tea on the website but werent able to due to some error on website hence didnt have a reservation ) He continued to say that dinner per person is approx 8000 Rs per person. since we didnt have reservation we left. It is very unfortunate to know that a property like Taj hotels would have such a mediocre reception at the gate of the hotel wherein we are told the cost of dinner, never heard or seen such behavior at any other hotels.We can afford to spend hence we were at Taj. Highly disappointing and will not be returning ever and definitely will be conveying liberally this experience to our friends and family.

Prior to reserving the opulent Falaknuma Palace, it is imperative to be cognizant of certain nuances. Regrettably, the demeanor of the staff, including security personnel resembling bouncers, has been reported as less than amiable. During events, supplementary staff may be requisite; however, a caveat exists - if your staff possesses a modicum of self-respect, their presence may not be welcomed. The sprawling distance from the main gate to the palace, approximately 500 meters, poses a challenge as only guests are afforded access to buggies and electric buggies. Remarkably, the establishment lacks provisions for supporting teams, precluding vehicular entry and restricting parking privileges solely to valet palace drivers. Moreover, an austere policy prohibits the consumption of snacks or beverages by team members on the premises. The culinary offerings at their restaurant, albeit luxurious, stand as a financial impediment, with charges that surpass the caliber of a typical five-star establishment. Delving deeper into the intricacies, the post-event experience unfolds with unforeseen charges akin to a bombshell. Having organized over 30 events in the past 12 years, my personal counsel would steer clear of this venue, and I refrain from recommending it to others. Notwithstanding these challenges, the palace exudes an undeniable elegance and beauty.

As usual and like never before a royal stay at one of Taj Palaces! The views fantastic, the hospitality personification of Tajness, the rooms splendid, the culinary delights - a connoisseur's delight, overall a magnificent experience . If in Hyderabad and even if not planned , a stay at Taj Falaknuma is a must . Hyderabad trip will be incomplete if not stayed here.. Saleem Yousuff splendid ***agement of the area, Vijay the custodian of this palace as GM, Nitin as operations head, Brensley and team in the Front Office, Ashish, Rasheed and team as FnB , Chefs ***n, Sri hari and team, He***t, Raveesh and team in Housekeeping, Mahesh, SOmeshwar and team in Security, Prashant and team in Revenue and Sales, Ameer at the Airport - all of you take a bow for beating any expectations!

On arrival to Falaknuma palace we had a very grand welcome with a shower of Rose petals and we were received by Lata and Aabid very warmly.As we reached front office Devendar ,quyyum and their team received us and our check-inn was effortless.We come for a holiday to Palace every year as we find this Taj property very magnificent with a history of its own.This property is so unique and beautiful with neat ,clean and pleasant surroundings and mesmerising Gardens and flowers.As we went to our cozy and beautiful room which we liked very much and very carefully selected by Mr Devendar specially for us -the entire house keeping staff headed by Team leader Mr Sangeet gave us a very grand welcome.we really felt touched at this.The food at the Restaurant headed by Mr.Nasir is delicious and very carefully prepared by the efficient Chefs of the palace.Mr .Nasir Mr Samy Mr Santosh took very special care of our Lunches and Dinners with their touch of affection and care.All the restaurants are very clean and well kept with beautiful Decor.We really enjoyed eating here.The special event of our visit was our Wedding Aniversary which was celebrated by the Falaknuma palace and all the members of different Teams in an unforgettable way -it was a grand celebration which we really enjoyed..Mr Nasir took special care of the Dinner Menu which was very delicious.I appreciate everyone s involvement to give mak your Aniversary memorable.Mr.Vijay the G.M .is very careing and he has brought ***y ***y good changes for betterment of the palace which we noticed and liked very much.Thankyou Mr.Vijay and Team Falaknuma for this stay full of wonders and joy.

A very high level of service which was sincere. The public rooms are indeed palatial. We were given a private tour and the staff took photos of us in the most amazing rooms. Food very good and they prepared things that weren't on the menu for us. Beverages were very expensive. Rooms are over 100 years old but are beautiful.

Very nice palace with a bird's eye view of the whole city. The rooms are nice and big. The washroom is also big with all the required features. Food is good in terms of quantity and taste. Would like to mention about a few staff members namely Nasir, Shubham Das, Pritha, Shahabaaz and Ashraf from Hookah bar who made every possible effort to make our stay even more comfortable.
