From the meticulously curated decor to the impeccable and personal service, everything is thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. The highlight of the stay is definitely the chef's choice breakfast, which takes your taste buds on a journey to Europe with its exquisite flavors and presentation. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn and will definitely be back!

My husband and I were looking for a different type of adventure to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We researched and found Sea Street Inn and the many five star reviews. The reviews were spot on and Adrian and his inn are five star in every way. Every area is spotless. When we arrived, he greeted us and shared with us everything we needed to know about our room and the inn. In the room, there were the most delicious homemade chocolates and the fridge was stocked with complimentary water and other drinks. He asked us our plan for the weekend and we told him we didn’t have a set plan. He made great suggestions and asked what time we wanted breakfast in the morning. Well the next morning, not only did he map out our day with notes and a bag of Cape Cod Chips to use when we got to Nauset Lighthouse for a pic, but the gourmet, four course meal he created was just something we will never forget.

Much in life doesn't live up to the hype, but, Sea Street Inn definitely does! Adrian was born to be a host (and a chef!). No detail is too small - he has suggestions about what to see, where to eat dinner, what to do and who can help with a museum visit and more. The Inn's atmosphere is serene, the bed was perfect and the beach a quick walk down the road. As for breakfast, 4 perfectly sized, delicious courses. This is not your typical Cape BnB. In addition to being a great chef, Adrian has an eye for photography and the Inn houses an impressive collection. I hope we make it in the spring!

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words.. For those of you who love a good bed and breakfast stay, Sea Street Inn in Hyannis is the spot. Look at these dishes we were served for breakfast daily. As incredibly delicious as the dishes were beautiful. Adrian, the innkeeper is a master chef, having worked for Michelin star chefs in NYC. There is also a variety of professional, framed art photography on the interior walls of the property, which is walking distance to both the water and shops of Main St.

So nice to be in a space that pays great attention to aesthetics - of food, space, and music. A lovely place to eat well and spend a few days. Highly recommend! ************************************************************************

Host was great - chill and welcoming at the same time. The breakfast was amazing - a culinary trip in a beautiful kitchen with a great soundtrack. Location was also prime - a short walk to a nice beach and not far from shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend, we'll be back!
