"We picked the Sea Street Inn, Hyannis, for a 3 night stay during our 20th anniversary trip and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Adrian welcomed us our first evening and gave us a quick tour of the common areas, the indoor flower garden and sitting room, complete with gallery quality art. He then showed us to our room and helped unload our luggage. We stayed in the Luxury Suite 1, which had an entryway, sitting room with a couch, large modern bathroom, and a bedroom with the most comfortable bed and softest sheets. Adrian’s breakfast each morning was an experience in itself. He takes pride in his food and all three mornings we were served incredible 3 course breakfasts that fueled our sightseeing days. We also enjoyed our conversations with Adrian during our morning time. He is so knowledgeable about the area and gave such helpful tips as well as interesting information that really added to the enjoyment of our adventures. He took the time to draw up an itinerary for our day on the Cape with stops for us to check out on the way to P’Town, got us a table on the porch at the Lobster Pot for dinner, and recommended two of the best restaurants on the Cape for our anniversary dinner the following night. He also recommended a few things to check out during our day trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. In all, it was the perfect place to stay for our perfect anniversary. This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience and it exceeded our expectations and has set the bar very, very high. We hope to travel back one day and visit Adrian again and will be recommending Sea Street Inn to all our family and friends who travel that way. Thank you again, Adrian, for your hospitality!
