What a beautiful and unique boutique hotel! Loved bringing my Travellingguy group here and between the friendly and super efficient staff and the delightfully designed and furnished rooms…. I cannot say a bad word! I look forward to bringing my next guests here as well .

My stay at Mbano was wonderful. The staff were attentive, caring, and kind. Mbano is black- female owned, getting the chance to speak with Dr. Matifadza Nyazema was inspiring. The turn down and ‘turn up’ services of the room were seamless. Special shout out to Praise and Helena for their flawless work. They offer delicious fine dining, with produce stocked from their beautiful garden on site. The location is a short drive to Victoria Falls, one of the seven wonders of nature. Due to the campus being a luxury outdoor oasis, there were many bugs outdoors. Mbano prepared for it. They supply bug spray/lotion that works well to keep them away. Inside the villa, bugs were minimal. I recommend keeping the large doors closed at all times. Thank you Mbano I will be back.

We had a lovely time at this resort; very peaceful and secluded; about 10-15 minutes from the falls; close to Outlook Cafe. The staff was so accommodating and kind. The beds comfortable and good AC. Very safe resort, and Safe to walk around town. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional! Service, food, suite… all 5* and then some. There are quite a few lodges in the surrounding area but most are quite “built up” with less greenery/ gardens. Mbano feels like you’re in the bush and surrounded by nature. Food was fresh, tasty and made with quality ingredients. It’s a limited menu so after day 4 got a bit “samey” but consistently high quality. The room was of very high spec with perfect finishes. Everything worked and highly convenient. Room was an excellent size with a substantial outside seating area. Staff were very friendly whether it was reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. You will need a car to get around once you leave the property and Victoria Falls is 10-15 minutes. Same to the airport.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent, and the Chefs (John) recommendations suited our taste. They were happy to make dishes not on the menu, and it was all cooked to perfection. The rooms were spacious, and everything felt quality. The complementary shuttle bus to the villsge and falls worked brilliantly. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent Service. Beautiful unique suite with 2 rooms and a separate dressing area. Very safe with security at the front gate and grounds all the time. Food at breakfast and dinner awesome.
