My room right next to the entrance and across from the vending machines. That's all I heard all night long!

We reserved our room by calling the front desk. They offered a very competitive rate (cheaper than Priceline). The staff was friendly and check in was easy. They were very accommodating to my dog. Rooms were exceptionally clean and house keeping was punctual and thorough. This is not a luxury hotel. It’s a little older and could stand a refresh, but I have 0 complaints about the room or service.

Check in was very easy but the gal wasn't the most friendly. She didn't even smile. The pool area was clean & plenty of towels. Room was comfortable as well. Decent size bathroom. Overall, ok.

Nice hot tub and great pool that is warm and big enough for laps. Competent, friendly staff are providing comfortable rooms. Good, hot breakfast, and snacks some afternoons. Staff are helpful and responsive to needs. Nicely decorated lobby with coffee and tea throughout the day and evening.

everything was good, if we ever need to stay in that area again we would stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the only complaint I have is that there was a noisy group down staris between 12:00 and 1:00 am, that made it hard to sleep, but other then that it was quiet and comfortable

Our family needed a place to stay during a family emergency situation. The Hutchinson AmericInn went over and above to help out and showed the u**ost care and kindness to assure everyone was comfortable.

Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Very clean and comfortable pool area. Older building but staff seems to take care of it well. No elevator so may want to request 1st floor if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues.

No internet in room, door did not latch without force, no management on site, no follow-up from management and staff on site responses were mine works (in the lobby), and the maintenance guy already left. The manager did not call as promised either and during the busiest days of the week and the Hutchinson Festival in town they were not on site for a Friday or Saturday
