Ездили по программе все включено. Еда вкусная, заказываешь как в ресторане (не шведский стол), из-за этого часто официанты могут забыть записать и принести блюдо. Пляж хороший. Номера хорошие, но пол в них грязный. Во всех барах местный алкоголь, только в одном баре был импортный. Территория у отеля маленькая, но рядом есть еще один отель которым можно пользоваться. Там мы играли в теннис, гольф и баскетбол. Так же там есть аквапарк с хорошими горками.

到目前為止我們去過埃及8次,這是我們住過最好的酒店,住之後5個月後又去了一次!服務太好了,完全不怕麻煩。早上2點還給我準備生日蛋糕,太感謝值班經理Salah Mahdi了!吃的也很棒,7號餐廳的東西很美味。我是個比較挑剔的人,但是度過了一個美好的假期。這次還帶了朋友一起去,感謝所有的員工,尤其是前台經理助理Abd El Rahman Attallah,真是個熱情的人,回見哈!

We visited this wonderful place during march 2024 with our friends and was everything perfect and so nice. Service and food are so good in Iberotel Makadi Beach. Staff are so nice and helpful and doing everything for helping the guest and to let their stay comfortable and nice. We will come back.

Arrived late around 10.30pm was shown to our room , west bay superior double, very large and well equipped, went exploring next morning , looking for the towel huts, which are all along the beach front, none near the pools, pools all very nice clean and well maintained, music at the swim up pool, not to our taste but put up with it. The food in the westbay restaurant was very good quality and served to a high standard, only problem I had was birds at breakfast, they were inside the restaurant eating pancakes, waffles and all over the bread I found this very unhygienic and off putting . Drinks could be improved so much more, just by having nicer glasses and presented better, all the cocktails served in plastic beaker glasses.Entertainment was poor, a singer at the beach bar on an evening when it was so cold no one watching because they were all inside, move the entertainment inside, made no sense. But our biggest problem with the hotel was the lack of no smoking areas , no matter where we sat , drank or ate someone was smoking , which we found extremely rude .After all that we did enjoy our stay, but would nt return ,

From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. As soon as we arrived we were instantly warmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was boutiquely beautiful. We had arrived…. And it exceeded our expectations. During our week we had the esteemed pleasure of getting to know many of the staff, who were not only fantastic at what they do, but also took the time to get to know us. We wholeheartedly appreciated every single moment. Ahmed-Exeptionally attentive and friendly, always knew what we wanted before we did, which was A* service. Mohammed- Most warm and friendliest person we have ever met, such a pleasure to be in his presence. He made us feel so welcome and special. Omar- Hard working, always smiling, a great credit to Jaz Makadi. Marco- Well, what can we say, this guy made us smile from the moment we met him- he anticipated all we desired. Now Moustafa- I cannot quite put into words how much we appreciated and respected this guy- he knew exactly what we wanted and his suggestions were impeccable- a great wealth of cocktail knowledge and excellent customer rapport.

Transfer from airport not too far. Check in fine and easy, bellboy won’t leave you unless you give him a tip for doing very very little. Big hotel/complex we visited January and wasn’t overly busy - peak season I imagine it to be very busy. Easily enough to navigate round and find your way fast. Rooms were clean enough, bit dated but fine probably a uk 3 star equivalent, as the rest of the hotel. Food was hit or miss for us, we were probably a bit on the fussy side and don’t do fish - just our experience. Found it incredibly strange there was no bottled water on the table all week apart from one dinner service. Getting a drink at meal times seems an absolute chore and like your giving them a problem doing it - tip whoever your waiter is quickly and have the same or sit where they are serving and you will be ok. Pot luck if you get warm or cold food being a buffet, pizzas are good, omelette man in the morning do boiled poached fried eggs best chef there. Loads of choice for breakfast best meal of the day most days. Lunch hit or miss, only time I’ve seen someone gaurd ice cream machine to serve you. Dinner was slightly better, still lots of choice but no ice cream at night I just found odd. Hamad our waiter was good as gold though, nice happy person to be around and helped us with a few things and special requests. Cakes some good, some typical all taste the same ones. 5pm cake and tea in the main bar was good though. Fruit selection was poor and what was on offer wasn’t ripe. Getting harassed poolside by people selling things was the biggest annoyance, no matter how many times you said no. 10 times a day easily. Ask the life guard for a red flag to tie round your umbrella which means to be left alone apparently. Tip your pool bar boy if he’s going round the pool with drinks, you will get them on tap all day without asking. Overall it was OK, we only paid 1100/1200£ for two all inclusive so not expecting much, and for that money it was definitely suffice. Would I go back for the same price? Yes.

我，我的妻子和其他幾個朋友通過酒店網站訂了兩個房間，從7月20日至7月24日慶祝我們的結婚紀念日，然而，當打電話到酒店詢問是否有任何特殊對待這種特殊的場合，他們回答說沒有，甚至當問到了客人有關部門要求對房間昇級的可能性，得到的回答是“我是一家普通的酒店，你會得到普通的對待”！無論如何，我還有四天的時間取消預訂，找到更有吸引力的酒店，分享我們的熱情。

剛剛在樂立威總理酒店住了開心的一個星期后回來。我讀過相當多的評論在我們離開之前,所以有一個很好的想法,酒店將會如此而且我們沒有失望。 入住非常快速流暢,包括一杯涼爽的芙蓉飲料還有冰毛巾。我們有一間寬敞,超級乾淨整潔的標準間。一盤子的新鮮水果,一瓶酒在房間已經備好,這點很棒。這個星期的管家都是非常不錯的水準。唯一房間需要提昇的事情就是床頭櫃兩邊都該有,而不是就一個,還要有一個額外的舒適的椅子或是沙發,那裡就一把椅子。房間的尺寸肯定會適合這個。 主自助餐廳的食物是不錯的標準。有時候會覺得有點膩煩了但是明顯很難讓一間酒店滿足不同年齡層和國家的人的口味,所以我認為他們做的很好了。飯店附近的泳池午餐時間開放非常好,有很多不同選擇。我們還吃了兩間點菜的餐廳、意大利和中國,發現兩間的食物都是非常不錯的標準。晚上在泳池酒吧喝一杯很棒。大堂酒吧是相當大的,有點亂的有吸煙和無煙區,但是同樣,酒店試圖取悅不同的人們,我明白這一定是困難的。我們去過一次長吧但是不適合我們。 人們之前有提過太陽床的情況。我們很幸運每天在泳池邊都有個有傘的太陽床,但是去吃早飯的時候要把我們的毛巾搭在上面。但是,員工會給要求的顧客找有傘的太陽床的。 酒店外沒什麼可做的但是我們想要一個放鬆的一周假期所以不影響我們。泳池周圍的音樂是相當低調的,除了下午晚些托馬森娛樂之外,但是太吵的時候我們就回房間了。 唯一的煩人的事情是不斷的麻煩水療那裡的員工,當我們在圓池周圍放鬆的時候。那的假期很貴,如果你說你不感興趣他們試圖和你做交易,我沒想到這種風格的酒店會有這樣的事情。我們在找滅蚊噴霧時在藥房還有個有趣的經歷。首先他們試着賣我們真的很貴的商品,當我們拒絕,試圖和我們討價還價,所以我們覺得我們是在市場一樣。然後他們試圖賣給我們寵物跳蚤噴霧!但是,這就是個小插曲。 讓這間酒店適合我們的是員工的奉獻精神和管理,試圖提供一個豪華,輕鬆體驗給客人。各個級別的員工都儘力幫助你,酒店經理總是在周圍檢查,客人是否假期玩的開心,詢問反饋這樣就能進步。我們房間空調有問題,我們跟一個員工提了,馬上就給解決了。我想酒店處理問題的方式是衡量一間酒店好壞的方式,以我們的經歷而言,是超越開心的。 我們假期時候唯一的問題就是有關托馬森的但是那就是另一個故事了。

The place is really large and next to beach. Positive: - nice area outside buildings - many flowers - coral reef in front of hotel - animation is good and fun for kids in Negatives: - rooms are somewhat dated and not really well maintained. Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Broken items in bathroom. Terrace though was quite nice but sea view was actually quite partial. Towels not very new. Overall you have th feeling of a good 3 star or average 4 star hotel but by fat not 5. - food is a lot. Very few really tasty dishes. Actually breakfast is fine but not dinner. Generally low quality of food. - there is a very bad practice of keeping sunbeds reserved by putting a towel. Main people doing it were from Russia. Should not be supported by hotel. Makes guests quite upset. - aqua park only works from 10 to 4. - Alcohol they serve is a poison. Local brand San Siro for all except beer. I did not dare to taste. Smells bad. Beer tastes good but seems not to have Alcohol. Small glasses they use. Which makes it not convenient. - not much English in staff.
