亨茨維爾機場福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport)

Staff gave incorrect instructions for parking so we went around twice- small inconvenience. Check-in was simple, fast, and friendly; except the Guest Services Clerk forgot to take my vehicle tag and I woke up in the middle of the night in a panic thinking I was towed- hotel is connected to the airport (thankfully I was not towed). The room looks nothing like the photos- must be a sister property. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and it is poorly designed. The bathroom is small; yet they chose to get a huge, bulky cabinet/sink combo and the toilet is oddly positioned as it nearly touches the door. Two people cannot occupy the bathroom and I’m speaking of an average sized adult and toddler. My greatest annoyance while at this property is that the air conditioning runs like an old Chevy- it is extremely noisy when turned on and it had to warm up before quieting down. My second issue was that the Restuarant was closed and there were $0 dining options- continental breakfast was nonexistent. Extremely disappointed.

There was an insured purchase for two queen beds. When we arrived, they had to put us in a room with a king and a couch. I’ve had spinal surgery and the couch was a terrible replacement. There were no sheets or bedding, the fridge was pouring water on the floor, and the toilet paper was wet.

The rooms dont have fridges or microwaves. The "cable" wasnt cable. It was a few channels. They want u to link your netflix and watch that or sling. They basically are telling u, they dont pay for cable. Its in the airport. Not next to it. You have to walk into the airport at check in. Then take elevator to 2nd floor. You can see the planes, but you also see the roof and pipelines for the building. It was ugly to look at. It was clean, staff was friendly. The parking lot is not close to the building for hotel but is for ppl riding planes. Long walks to and from car.

The hotel was nice and really conveniently located as well. Was very quiet, felt like we were the only guests staying there. We never saw any staff and our room was not cleaned. Had to request additional towels, etc...

Convenient location. Restaurant was limited but breakfast was good. Restaurant was closed first day due to “manager not being available”. Overall room experience lags compared to the recent hotels opening in area. They need to modernize to keep pace.

The Sheraton was a very pleasant experience. It was very clean, comfortable, modern, easy to walk out the door and walk a very short distance to check in at the airline. Such a positive experience.

Very convenient when coming in on a later flight. Had an excellent experience at the restaurant, as well. Food and service were great!

This is a very clean, quiet, and convenient location. The staff I did encounter was very polite. Even though it is in the airport, the traffic wasn't so bad and was easy to find. Will stay here again

Okay place before taking flight. Was clean, but the bathroom layout was cramped, the ice maker on our floor was broken, and only some rooms have refrigerators -- ours did not have one and we could have used one. Shower head was leaking to the shower ceiling where it was obvious they kept patching the ceiling instead of fixing the shower.
