海防芽湖別墅度假飯店的評論

El alojamiento esta bien y el entorno muy bonito junto al lago. Nos alojamos en una de las villas con ducha y bañera de piedra en el exterior y una gran terraza con vistas al lago. Pero el servicio y la zona de restaurante deja mucho que desear, las mesas nunca estan preparadas con manteles cubiertos ni servilletas y hay que andar recordandolo incluso cuando ya estan sirviendo platos. Las camareras poco atentas y la comida con poco sabor, ni siquiera la fruta esta en su punto aun. La zona con piscina grande es bonita pero no estan los cojines de las hamacas ni asientos de hierro y el agua de la piscina estaba como un caldo. En nuestro caso ademas la tapa del wc estaba casi suelta.

This resort is so nice, the rooms overlooking the lake are so gorgeous! We absolutely loved the chicken burgers in the restaurant so delicious! There are 2 swimming pools here too which are really nice!

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Phong Nha. Lake side villa was very comfortable in a beautiful setting. Expensive taxi ride into town. Rooms were nice and bed was nicely firm. The outdoor shower and bath were a nice touch. Sadly, the overall feel of the hotel, however, was that it was a little “tired”.

We were only here for a couple of nights unfortunately but will return to stay longer. The rooms are roomy & comfortable. The food is delicious & the Owner who is Australian made an effort to introduce himself & brought us drinks. Can't wait to return on our next trip!

Had a wonderful stay at this resort with huge rooms overlooking the lake. Stunning visuals to wake up to. The breakfast is average but the staff is very helpful. Special mention to Ain (hope I've got it right) she was adorable. They made my anniversary extra special by giving us strawberry hearts and singing for us. Thank you.

The location is fantastic, great for relaxing and for walks or cycle rides around the local villages. We stayed 3 nights in the beautifully appointed villas with a patio that looks over the lake. The food was amazing and the staff friendly but our stay was let down by the private parties going on in a venue directly behind the villas; During the day time there was a little kiddies party with absolutely booming music followed by a karaoke party in the evening. The only escape was to be up by the restaurant or away from the site. It really would have been a perfect stay without the extreme noise (with no exaggeration).
