El personal en el mostrador fue muy amable, pero el cuarto estaba sucio. Encontramos muchos cabellos de mujer en las paredes de la bañera y las sabanas olían a sudor. Me parece que las personas de limpieza no cambiaron las sabanas ni limpiaron bien. Nos dieron sábanas limpias para que pudiéramos ponerlas en nuestra cama.

Buen hotel para percnotar uno o dos días, si tienes vuelo con interconexión de más de 24 horas. Cuenta con servicio de transporte (shuttle) 24 horas aeropuerto - hotel, hotel - aeropuerto. Aunque incluye desayuno, es muy limitado en cuanto a variedad, pues encontrarás café, jugos artificiales naranja y manzana, cereal, leche, muffins, waffles. Me tocó que la máquina dispensadora de jugo no funcionará. Dentro de los aspectos extraordinarios de este hotel está el beneficios de poder realizar check in dos horas antes y check out dos horas después sin penalización alguna. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto (10 minutos aproximadamente). El costo-beneficio es muy adecuado.

El hotel es agradable, su personal también amable. Lo más malo fue el desayuno que prácticamente no es desayuno, solamente tienen cereales. La califaccion fue mala, el ventilador hacía un ruido descontrolado, muy viejo. Lo importante fue que pudimos conocer Houston durante una semana!

Worst of all, besides the front desk staff with a serious lack of customer service skills, the old model A/C was loud and then stopped working the first night. We reported it the same night and had to continue complaining several more times before we were FINALLY given a fan to help deal with the heat. It recirculated hot air so we suffered with two adults and two small children under the age of 5 (4 and almost 2) in this way for the rest of the stay, with minimal clothing as we tried to sleep. If I wasn't concerned that I wouldn't get a refund or that we'd be left without accommodations, we would have left that first night. Leaving was one of the solutions the rude hotel staff offered. I had prepaid for the stay. Next time, I won't prepay. Apparently, the owner was out of town in Dallas. It seemed like no one felt empowered to do much of anything regarding any issues encountered. Earlier in the evening of our last night, we got ahold of a second fan and were starting to feel some relief but that was short-lived!!! The front desk called shortly after to demand one of the two fans be returned because apparently, we couldn't have more than one. I'm guessing this A/C issue happens a lot thus the reason for fans on hand. That's a sign to upgrade, management!!! The front desk guy called shortly after we already spoke to follow up about me bringing the fan down which was completely unnecessary.

A complete disaster, the A/A does not work, the room is hot and has a strong smell of humidity. I asked for a room change and they told me no, I asked for a refund of what I paid and they said no, they only lent me a fan to sleep in the night and pay more than $80 per night! a real chaos!

La propiedad por fuera se ve bien pero ya en la habitación hay olores muy fuertes y desagradables, ruido y cucarachas.

Una buena opción en una escala en el aeropuerto de Houston, calidad - precio, me parece perfecto.
