IAH機場東Staybridge Suites(Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East)

Der letzte Stop vor dem Heimflug - mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor der Tür - ganz normal - großes Zimmer - wir hatten nur blöderweise eine Familie genau über uns - die ziemlich laut waren - bin dann hoch gegangen und habe mich beschwert - es waren eine Menge Kinder in dem Zimmer und eine Katze - aber keine Eltern - Frühstück 0815 - viel Müll und Plastik Verpackungen.

This place is perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight out of IAH. It close enough that you can be there in less than 15mins, but seems to be away from landing and takeoff route so you can get a good night sleep.

Excelente, a mi y mi familia nos gusto todo. Nos sentimos como en casa. Buenas condiciones de la propiedad, personal amable y educado, parqueos gratis que son espaciosos, limpios, al aire libre, con seguridad nocturna, y suficientes, siempre encontramos donde parquearnos. El gimnasio es grande tiene todo lo necesario para ejercit****, es gratis, está muy limpio y muy organizado, tiene lavandería gratis, con cuatro lavadoras y cinco secadoras, en un área de lavandería impecablemente limpia, amplia y con lo necesario, el desayuno excelente, platos variados y los cuales los cambian a diario, las habitaciones muy silenciosas, con cocina completa, aire, calefacción, abanicos de techo, área de sala separada de las camas dos televisores, nevera, y el patio con piscina, BBQ, fogata, todo excelente. Volveríamos a hospedarnos allí, sin ninguna duda.

The property itself is excellent. Staff is great and it's clean. We had a problem with the shuttle this time though. We had to get to the airport (15 minutes approx.) at 5:30 am for an early flight. We were informed that the free shuttle wasn't available until 6:30am. So much for the free airport shuttle. So ,they referred us to a guy who quoted us $30 or so. Uber was $40-$45 so we accepted. He picked us up promptly and informed us that the trip would cost us $60 +$10 because we were going to terminal A which was further (not much). Well- what were we going to do? So we paid Jaguar Black Jack $70 for a 15 minute ride to the airport. Use Uber.

There aren’t a lot of good places to pick from in this area, unfortunately. We had the room right by the exit door and people kept slamming it open so that was loud and unsettling. When I was in the shower, I noticed there were ***** all over the place. Not like a pile of them just 1 here and there but basically all over the tub. It made me question the cleanliness overall. I regretted showering there.

Arrived with a reservation only to be told that my king suite was upgraded to a double queen suite. Not sure how for one person this is considered an upgrade, but I blame this on ******* for overbooking. ******* also overbooked the rental car company as well and there were no cars available for my reservation. Had to sit in the garage for 3 hours waiting for a vehicle.
