The place smells of poop ! No proper plumbing. Hot water barely works. Some staff are great. Some Staff behave with such a HOSTILE ATTITUDE as if we were on a free holiday, when in fact we've spent thousands there !!! We were there a few times and sometimes got a better rate. We paid our Bills fare and square, no problem there. Then absolute hostility that should never be dished out to a well paying Customer is shocking ! No recommendations here. Poor Service all round too. No manners ONE of the Receptionist has.

Always great to stay at Biggy Best, really enjoy the friendliness of the staff, rooms are clean. So central in Howick.

i visited the facility on a very cold winters night in May, and i believe that they could have done a little better in terms of blankets that evening

from the three rooms that was booked, one rooms electric blanket was working. hot water was a problem and water pressure as well. we had to order more towels if there were more than 2 people staying in one room. overall it is a nice place to stay

We had a lovely nights stay on while on a roadtrip. We arrived late and were still looked after in the restaurant which was greatly appreciated!

The staff from reception,restaurant(Great Food ) ,house keeping were all welcoming and friendly ,they really made me feel at home away from home .Will definately stay there on my next visit to Howick .Keep up the great service .
