"Communication was very poor leading up to our visit and whilst we were there (even when the cellphone towers were back working) There was no electricity which is no fault of the owners we understand but no extra effort made to accommodate this like a bucket of hot water to wash etc. They knew about the lack of electricity from the day before we arrived and didn’t inform us so we could have planned a bit better we left a day early and again heard nothing from the owner after watsapping them The feeling was one of we were an irritation and they’re actually over the service industry We felt it was expensive for what you got and there are many other places on the midlands more value for money.
