The rooms were spacious and in good condition. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
We were in 4 different rooms and 3 of them had issues with the AC. We were out all day so when we returned at night, there was no one to work on them so we had to sleep without AC.

Hotel staff were very friendfly and helpful
HOWEVER, Upon arriving we learn the pool is closed (literal reason we booked here, so the kids could swim). We could use the pool in the other hotel, across the parking lot.
Breakfast was non-existent. When we came down Sunday morning the waffle batter was gone, no eggs, no sausage/bacon (emptry trays) and slightly undercooked potatoes. There was still another hour to breakfast service left.

Well lit area. Across street convenience store. Management made check in so easy. Room was clean, smelled great and a nice size. Only issue no parking around back or to be able to load and unload except at entrance.

We checked in on Wednesday evening and stayed until Sunday morning. Our room was never cleaned. My brother and his wife stayed on a different floor and their room was never cleaned.

The Hotel was very clean. The staff was really nice and help. We loved having the pool as and option. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Disappeared. Carpet in room dirty. Window view was that of a dirty wall. Staff not pleasant. Night staff behave as if they hate their jobs and doesn’t want to be there.

Room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was good, and the location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that I like a firm pillow, but all 4 provided were way too soft. I asked at the desk for a firm pillow and could not get one because there was "no cleaning staff" available in the early evening. I did not receive one the next day either. Definitely did not go out of the way to accomodate this simple request.

Staff was uniformly polite, efficient, and friendly. Furnishings were comfortable, rooms were quiet, breakfast offerings were much better than I have seen in similar hotels. Great traveling stop!

Easy Access from Rt 32 to appointment at JHU on Charter Drive. Front desk pleasant and person preparing delicious breakfast was also very nice.
