It’s an airport hotel, so you expect a shuttle. From the airport, you call the hotel and they send a shuttle (it took a few minutes after I’d called, at 1am). They return to the airport every 15 minutes. Easy. (Definitely easier than a number of other airport hotel shuttles I’ve used.) It’s an airport hotel, so you expect it to be noisy, right? Wrong. I chose a room on the opposite side to the road (use the hotel plan in the app - someone else posted it’s all even room numbers one side and odd the other side, that’s not correct). I didn’t have a view but I heard no noise other than a neighbor’s door slam. No cars, no planes, no nothing. Great sleep. It’s a Hilton, so you know what to expect. It’s not luxury, but you have everything you need - decent bedding, space, coffee maker, the right toiletries. Room was clean and furniture, bathroom etc all seemed fine to me. I had dinner in the bar and breakfast in the breakfast restaurant - all fine, and pretty reasonably priced (especially for an airport hotel). I arrived at 1am to be offered a warm cookie. Loved the idea, sadly I have a nut allergy (thank you for labeling the product clearly as having nuts!) Service was friendly everywhere - the front desk at 1am and other times of day, as well as the bar and restaurant. And the room price was reasonable, especially given it was a last minute booking (for the next night). Did everything via the app - check in, room key, check out, find out breakfast times etc. super easy. Only minor complaint is that the little store next to reception is not very well stocked, and a number of empty spaces indicated they usually stock quite a bit more than was there. That said, if you weren’t too fussy in your chocolate or snack quest, you’d find something. Would stay here again if I needed a hobby airport.

On entering the hotel it had a strong smell of natural gas. The carpet in the lobby was filthy and the furniture looked very old and dirty. I asked about the smell and was told it had something to do with the kitchen. The restaurant and bar were both closed. We were asked to sit before checking in. We waited while others came in and checked right in. Finally my daughter asked if they had forgotten us. The check in clerk and a lady from house keeping were looking at a screen trying to find a room. I was hoping the room was better than the lobby and hallways. It was. The room had newish carpet and the bedding and bathroom looked clean. My daughters and I left the hotel to eat and do some shopping. When we returned later that evening the smell in the lobby was just as strong if not worse. I started to wash my face and brush my teeth in the room but there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told to come get a key and try a new room but not to move our things yet. When my daughter and I went to the desk to get the key the clerk was telling someone trying to check in that the hotel was full. We tested the water in the second room but again no hot water. I called IHG customer service to see if they would move us to another hotel with hot water. I was told that since I had booked the room with points that this was not possible. The rep called the hotel and said the clerk was by herself but was trying to find us a room. If she told someone the hotel was full how was she going to find a room? The rep also said the clerk would be up to see if we had hot water. What!?! She thought I was lying? I was concerned there might be a connection between the smell of natural gas and having no hot water. We also needed to shower. I called Marriott and found a room. When I got home I called Guest Relations and explained the situation. The points used were put back in my account. I asked if they could have someone from their corporate office contact me. That hasn't happened. Someone needs to know that this particular hotel is NOT up to IHG standards. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. I stay at Holiday Inn Express a lot and they are always fine. There seems to be a big difference between Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. I wish now I had taken pictures of the carpet in the lobby and hallways.

前台小哥和姐姐都很好 一開始房間的暖風壞了 幫我們換了房間 而且小哥為人非常熱情 小哥説他從未離開過休斯頓 也祝願他能早日旅行到更多地方 不過酒店的每層衹有接冰的地方沒有接水的地方 衹有在一樓才能接水 而且地面特別臟 優點是去機場非常方便 而且隔音還不錯
