黃金鴿子飯店(La Colombe d'Or Hotel)

Hotel super lusso , caro , ma è stata un po’ una delusione . Alle 5-6 suite della maison centrale si accede solamente con tre rampe di scale , nessuna altra possibilità . Inoltre la suite cezanne1 era molto grande ma con un bagno molto piccolo per esssre un Luxory boutique hotel. Non c’è il mini frigo in stanza , le finestre danno direttamente sulla strada e non sono insolate , così come la stanza , proprio sopra il bar , molto rumorosa : bar con musica ad alto volume tutte le sere , fino alla mezzanotte e sempre molto frequentato . Letto super comodo. Personale gentile , pulito . La zona è fuori dal dawntown , comunque una bella zona .

This place was absolutely Stunning. Nestled in montrose with roots dating back 100 years. Access to the luxury amenities as well as the guest service from the bar staff and front desk team was phenomenal. I recommend booking the bungalows located just across the street, it’s basically a one bedroom apartment with full kitchenette, back patio and balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff here are all so accommodating. I had one of my best hotel experiences here. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are beautiful, the bartender Sergio was knowledgable and friendly. Lloyd at the pool bar was so attentive. Atlee downstairs at the restaurant catered to our every request. We will be back soon!

Very sharp, brand new tower rooms. Loved the small, vibrant bar. Staff very professional. Great artwork and outdoor area. Valet was a bit overwhelmed. Surrounding neighborhood has tons to offer and location is very convenient to everything “inside the loop”. Great place to stay rather than downtown more generic hotels.

Don’t know the bungalow is not a part of a hotel. You have to walk on the other side of the street to go there. They remodeled the apartment complex and made bungalows. It’s definitely not a 5 star property, still smells like an old apartment. If you have to go to the restaurant or pick up car from valet parking you still have to walk to the other side. Just inconvenience when is a 100 degrees outside. Definitely, not worth your money.

This was my first time staying here. The front desk agent and all staff that I dealt with were beyond helpful and nice and kind. He was very sweet to upgrade my standard room to a Hines suite. Wasn’t in love with the idea of a first floor room as I thought a tower room meant a view, but rooms are only on the first two floors. The bar was fantastic with awesome drinks and food. The staff is just stellar. You really feel like you live there and it’s a small private luxury club. Housekeeping and maintenance are pretty good and cleanliness seems to be a 150% top priority. My only negatives were that the huge bathroom only had one washcloth, there is no bottled water provided for free and just two small bottles in the mini bar. The pillows are very firm fiber fill, but I really wish they were down instead. The towels are super soft! I took a picture of the tag to look at buying some! There were a few maintenance issues like a slow drain, a broken vanity drawer and some curtains that didn’t close, but overall the place feels like everything was brand new just for me. I will definitely co Aidee staying here again as I truly belt valued and appreciated in a very high quality space.

I always look forward to my Houston trips; my favorite hotels for business travel. It’s stylish, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The gym is excellent. The rooms are nicely sized and have outdoor spaces. The bar is really cool. All around great property

The hotel staff, gracious; the room, comfortable and beautiful -- filled with art; the food, excellent. It was a joy to stay in this isle of beauty and serenity in a bustling city. So grateful for all.
