休斯頓北I-45斯普林智選假日套房飯店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston North I-45 Spring)

I like pretty much everything but the day I got there they had no internet and cable the following time I was there which was Saturday June 10th 2023 the entire hotel lost power due to a tornado that’s what the reception said . I left Sunday morning and today Monday I notice a charge of $50 which I am not aware of for I had paid everything online before I got there . This has happened to me before at another hotel . I didn’t think it would happen at this hotel .

Immediately arrived and was treated horribly by the staff member jerry. He refused to check me in when I specifically called the day before and requested early check in at 1pm. Even became a rewards member to ensure I could check in when I arrived at 1pm. I was assured you receive priority check in when you are a member for this igh hotel. He was extremely rude. Stayed outside smoking cigarettes and asked me what I wanted when I stated I wanted to check in. He was so rude I never came back to check in and got a room at a different hotel that would let me check in at 1pm. Horrible staff service from Jerry, extremely rude.

We had one of our worst customer service experiences ever. Ashley was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional.

DO NOT stay here if you value your sleep. I stayed here because it was close to a church conference I was attending and I could hear EVERYTHING outside as well as the person above me walking around and the person next to me doing normal things (starting the microwave, turning on the hair dryer). I turned the fan on the A/C to run all night just for white noise and even had to download a white noise app and put my phone right next to my head just to try to sleep. There were cars racing on 1960 all night until literally 5:00 A.M. and you could hear them all. I don't think the external windows have any sort of protection or insulation. On a brighter side, the beds were very comfortable and I appreciate that the rooms had microwaves and fridges since not all hotels have these anymore. The staff was extremely friendly to me and I do appreciate that. The only negative I have regarding customer service is when checking out, I was asked how my stay was and I told the employee about not sleeping due to how loud it was and all she really had to say was "oh no", "oh wow." Besides that, every employee I came into contact with was very friendly and nice. Either way, I won't be staying here again.

My family traveled down to Houston for a High School playoff game and booked this room on the way down. After the game we grabbed something to eat and then checked in. We stayed one night, got up the next morning and drive home. I hung my brand new jacket up in the closet that evening. Once I arrived home I contacted the hotel to inform them that my jacket was left in the closet. I was told that there was not a jacket in the room and that the manager would check the cameras. I called again and asked the lady to go check the room since it hadn’t been booked yet. She did and said there was nothing there. The manager contacted me the following Monday and said there isn’t any proof that it was taken so she couldn’t do anything about it and her staff wouldn’t have taken it and didn’t act suspicious. If I had it on and hung it up, then left the next morning without it, where would it have gone? Don’t stay here if you keep valuables in your room bc if you check out and forget it, it WILL be gone. I can’t stand a thief and it’s a shame that people cannot be trusted.

The customer service was Terrible never experienced that before House keeping was terrible no one cleaned my room when I left notice at front desk . Everyone just had I dnt care attitude

AC didn’t work well, would not cool below 71 pillows were flat and uncomfortable Bed and Sheets smelled musty and stale.
