The stay at the hotel was good until someone random kept knocking at my door in the night, they kept on knocking and knocking in a suspicious manner that it made me feel unsafe and had to check out and leave the hotel to go to a different location as I did not feel safe to spend the night there. It was so bad that o had to call security . I feel used and I need my money back as it felt like I paid for nothing.

The walls are literally paper thin. Entire conversations can be heard (and more bc it is a hotel). The rooms were very bare and basic for the price. Does not feel luxurious at all. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were better. The lighting in the room is also too dim even with every light on. $20 for the resort fee is ridiculous and $50 parking when you’re staying at the hotel is also way too high. Should be reduced for guests. Overall stay somewhere else.

The hotel, the room, the area were all great. My wife and I had booked a night for our 10th anniversary, and I arranged for flowers to be delivered and champagne to be in the room when we arrived. The flowers were sitting on the front desk and they forgot the champagne; I was so disappointed. Then the fridge was broken in the room, so we lost our leftovers. Then, while I took our luggage downstairs to check out, the cleaning staff STOLE MY WIFE'S FLOWERS. It took them half an hour to find them, the manager was doing her best, but I honestly don't think I'll stay there for a special occasion again.

The rooms were nice but the rest of the hotel is very dated with many scratches on elevator doors and buttons. The worst food and restaurant service ever in my 40 years of travelling. Not very helpful front desk staff. Nice and smiley but not very forward with info and area knowledge. Excellant shuttle service and that was the only positive thing.

Had to switch rooms bc the AC would not work and it was 84 in the room. The shower head was very painful to use bc it spewed out harsh water. Way too expensive for bare minimum service and appliances. Wouldn’t stay here again
