The property was very clean and nice but, the desk attendant on duty when I checked in was not friendly at all. I had just driven 19 hours from Ohio, and he was so Unconcerned. It was a Pet friendly location so that was very helpful. Customer service sucks though, and they need additional training in that area.

One of our vehicles was vandalized to robbed the tools of our crew.
A few more companies were affected, we were lucky the stolen van wasn't our company vehicle; but feel sorry for the other company crews.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero las áreas comunes y escaleras muy sucias, al momento de hospedarme el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio, nunca fui informado sobre la hora del desayuno y cuando baje no había nada ni nadie q me informara sobre el mismo; paso a creer q nunca hubo!

El desayuno está rico y ponen varias opciones, la limpieza de la habitación muy bien, en general la estadía fue muy agradable, el personal también nos atendió bien, sin duda volvería a regresar.

They did not provide the breakfast. We had to ask for the breakfast and then one of the staff lady who is very old came and asked us to wait outside. She said hotel has “grab n go “ breakfast (although nothing was mentioned in the site). We really felt like beggar.

Walked into the room we were assigned it smelled like feces. We were offered a different room but honestly I couldnt Get the stench made me sick to my stomach I asked For a refund and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend.

Nothing great very rude management that live next door in hotel n threaten to call cops or kick you out if you have any complaints as a platinum member don’t want to hear it or help.
