Travelodge Heathrow Central London

This hotel has what you need for a decent price. We stayed over after flight was cancelled and for this it was fine. Room, beds and toilets clean on arrival. Staff friendly both at check inn and check out. The breakfast was surprisingly good for an Ibis. The price of the bus to/from the airport is my only complaint, very expensive.

I’ve seen a few mixed reviews on here, and some are quite negative, I was pleasantly surprised at our experience for the price we paid, Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely man behind the reception, who was very informative about what we needed to do, The room was very compact but clean, The bed was very comfortable, The room had a clothes hanging area, Tv, Tea & coffee making station, Bathroom with shower gel and shampoo, The bar is very clean, Looks visually lovely, The bar staff are so polite, and once again really informative, We ordered a pizza and a beer as it was on offer and the pizza was big enough for two, The pizza is made then and there fresh, I’ve seen people say it was frozen, it definitely wasn’t, We paid £16.99 for a beer and a large pizza. The parking is £13 for the night and there are a lot of spaces, There is quite a few shops in the area local, including fast food places and a lovely cake shop! We really enjoyed our stay, It was cheap, and perfect for a preflight hotel! If I had one critic, It would be the lack of sleep on my behalf because of the one pillow, but that’s personal preference, my partner slept all night :) Thankyou again!

Room 520 - Clean, comfortable bed, silent, great shower system, close to airport, nice front desk personnel (Nazeer was super, welcoming, professional, smart). Yes, I would suggest it to a friend but make sure you leave the airport by 10:24 pm, last Shuttle (H2D, H5D) to this hotel (ticket 6.8 GBP) from terminal 2-3. 15 min away at night, about 30 in the morning (traffic). Suggestion, don't stay at the airport overnight, I tried... Everything close, lounges too!! Felt unsafe. To the hotel people: please fix the street of the entrance it gives a very bad impression...

Swift check in. Friendly team greeted us on arrival. Lots of parking available, however an additional £13. Comfy beds, in a spacious room. Big Tv. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice and ample space for everyone. Friendly staff! Overall very happy!

What an absolute nightmare this stay was start to finish. Rude staff, poor service awful food! On arrival we was given our key cards which i must say you have to fight with to open any of the doors! Found our hotel room opened the door and there was people already in this room 🫣 apologise to the people we walk in on! Yikes! Went back down to reception to let them know and all I got was a lot of slaver off the receptionist and threw another key card, no apology or anything! Rude girl she was!! Finally got to our room which was ok for a budget room! Having 2 children with us after a very long day they wanted some food so we headed to the restaurant ordered food and wow 25 mins to order 4 meals3 people to take the order they still couldn’t get it right, was missing a meal and had to sent one back due to being the wrong order. 45 mins later, 3 times asking where the meal that was sent back i I then had 3 staff members shouting at me saying we had already had it! When we didn’t and my poor child was still very much hungry. Went to reception to speak with the manager and they girl who was calling me a lier was laughing saying do you want my manager then! Well yes get him here! The manager didn’t have a clue what he was doing, offered to do the food but my son was too tired to even eat at this point! Offered a refund oh and guess what we’re STILL waiting for it. Breakfast was disgusting, cold food, very unorganised, the “fresh juice was sour and separated when it was in the glass! Rank! Definitely do not recommend Zero customer service, very rude staff, nobody had a clue what they was doing, god awful food the list is endless

I had to stay here because the airline lost my flight. The hotel is a bit basic but don't be fooled by its name: they have a full bar/restaurant with nice food. The rooms are again a bit basic but they do offer everything you might possibly need, they are clean and spacious. The main highlight: I noticed every single person in the staff doing their job happily, with a smile and a very friendly attitude, from the reception to housekeeping, from the restaurant to administration, they are awesome and your stay is very good by this. Regarding the location, there is not much around, just a few ethnic food joints, it is located within the airport's hotel area. You can easily get there with the airport shuttle service, it takes some 10 minutes and they drop you off directly at the door.

Needed somewhere to stay near Heathrow before an early flight the next day. Wasn’t sure what I’d be getting for ‘budget’, but to be honest, there was nothing budget about my experience. Room was large & clean, bed comfy, check-in & out fast and no-fuss. Following morning, jumped on a 105 bus which took less than 10 minutes to Terminal 2. Would definitely stay here again before flying out of Heathrow

“Ok” for the money we paid. Clean room & a good size. However, no windows that opened and air con didn’t work - woke up not feeling great. The main reason for the poor review is the food - the restaurant is expensive for the terrible quality food we had. It’s all frozen quality food and the staff didn’t seem super happy! Check in went ok.

Good value for the area plenty of parking, parking cost £13. Breakfast nice, room very clean and has had a lick of paint. Bed very comfy and shower was powerful. Reception staff helpful. Great value for Heathrow and bus to the airport. Easy location.
