這次是第二次住這個酒店。房間很舒服,價格也友好,無可挑剔。去Gatwick South Terminal可門口坐hoppa, 或導航走幾分鐘至公交站坐一站就到。這是我在倫敦常住的幾個酒店之一

Clean and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and helpful. As Gatwick is kind of remote, henCe the shuttle bus to airport is really great with 15 minutes interval.

如果可以打負分,我一定打負分。去過20多個國家,每年出差10多次,已經20年,第一次遇到有品牌的連鎖品牌酒店如此的無理,強烈的種族歧視,我在曼徹斯特也是住同一個連鎖酒店,我告知櫃檯我有會員,馬上提供我需要的幫忙,我詢問可以累計點數嗎?他也告知沒辦法,因為是第三方訂購,但是口氣及態度非常好,今天來到倫敦的酒店,完全不一樣 ,看到亞洲面孔…哇 前面白人一樣辦理入住,什麼資料都不用填,看到我們全部都要填,還要我填家裡電話地址,我反問為什麼別人不用填,我們要填,馬上翻白眼,說不用填,再告訴他我們有會員,馬上又翻白眼,你又不是官網訂的,有會員有什麼用,第一次遇到這種連鎖酒店如此差的態度,種族歧視又看不起人,英文用字也非常的尖銳,希望告訴大家這家連鎖酒店的態度非常非常差。慎選酒店,再想想你是印度小哥,你在歧視什麼🤔。真是我有史以來最差的住宿體驗。Holiday Inn 倫敦蓋特威克機場假日飯店
