克萊恩度假村(The Crane Resort)

Whole place is very run down and needs complete revamp. No AC for 3 of 4 days. Pillows very lumpy and cheap. No blackout blinds so bright sunlight to wake you at 6am. Restaurants all terrible. Staff are almost all moody and unhelpful. One or two exceptions, such as Krystal in breakfast. Amazing beach and views are only redeeming feature.

We were assigned a suite in building 5. Miles away from the restaurants etc. But my partner has a mobility issue so they gave us a room 241B much smaller than what we paid for so we are looking for a partial refund. Thank you.

During my 16 hour stay at the Crane, I waited seven and 0ne half hours for them to reluctantly give me a room. The place is a total waste of money. And this treatment was after making advance reservations and paying in full up front.

While the property itself (beach and grounds) are beautiful, the resort itself is very dated and rundown. The adult pool is green and the other pools, while blue, are dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable getting in either. Barbados is beautiful and we will be returning but not to The Crane Hotel. This resort is definitely overpriced for the value received.

Very bad resort, no life at all after 5pm AC in room doesn’t work. . Dirty and stained rooms..the list can go on and on . But I wouldn’t stay here with my kids again for sure

The Crane is an upscale property on the east coast of Barbados. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to you.

The good, stunning property, beautiful landscaping and breathtaking views from the room. spacious living room and bedroom, nice patio and the plunge pool was great! Very quiet. They have a cute general store and a very delicious bakery, you can get treats and coffee The bad,food on the resort is bland and very expensive. average was $70 american for any meal. The jacuzzi tub water never got hot enough to actually enjoy it. Most of the people that worked there were very nice, But, several of the younger females were rude, (really rude) one that was a cashier at the duty free store and 2 that worked the 1887 restaurant. For what we paid to stay there, I feel like the food should have been better, the water should have gotten hot to take a bath and that people that worked there should not have been rude. it is also very far from town and it cost about $100 american to go to town and back ( gas is very expensive there) overall it was nice.

A decent resort but showing its age. A very nice beach and friendly staff. Room is quite dark and lacks better illumination. Crowded breakfast and overall Food ok but nothing memorable.

Lovely property, good facilities but lacking in staff. Large property so when mistakes or problems occur it takes time to recover. Eventually they do but in the meantime some gloss is lost during the stay.
